I put in my coffee, tea, juice, pancakes, oatmeal. It so easy to dissolve and taste great. I bought for my parents last week (they live in Thailand) they loved it so much

I really do like the protein with collagen in it. I have tried other proteins but known had the bonus of collagen. It also uses grass fed pasture raised cows.

I start my mornings out every day with collagen peptides in my water. It keeps my skin hydrated and youthful, keeps my lips from chapping, and has done wonders for my knee and joint pain. I can’t live without it!
