I feel like I have better hair, nails & my skin is clearer since using this this. The only drawback is I don't find that this mixes too well even in water. There are chunks that don't disintegrate. Also, there is a taste to it that I don't care for so I mix in my smoothies.

I am 61 years old and I bought Vital Proteins Peptides primarily for my skin. I am halfway through second container. Not only have I seen a bit of improvement of of my skin, my fingernails are definitely stronger, my hair seems healthier, and my joints are most definitely better! (I have begun experiencing mild joint pains that seem to ease up as the day progresses; very frustrating!). I can now move around throughout the entire day with no joint aches at all, even after doing heavy gardening, etc.! I noticed a bit of soreness again after finishing first container and in between receiving second one. Almost immediately upon starting it, the soreness disappeared as before, and I felt physically decades younger again! I do a lot of driving for my job, and I no longer am achy at the end of the day! I guess collagen was just what I needed! No flavor to it at all; easy to use in cold and hot liquids. I use one scoop in the morning and one in the evening. I do wish it had more product in container, though! I will absolutely continue using this product!

I had been eyeing and thinking about trying vital proteins for at least six months before I took the plunge. It was one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's helped my skin glow, and I can see a noticeable difference in my hair and how much it has grown. I also feel an immense change in my digestion and how my gut feels after I add this to my daily coffee. After raving and raving about it I got my both my parents hooked. My mother has always had issues with thin hair and weak hair and my father with his joints when running. They've both been actively using it for a few months now and have seen a tremendous difference. I cannot recommend vital proteins enough.

This is a very good addition of protein. We like how it mixes well in all liquids. My husband is taking it now also. We feel better. However, a couple of moths ago, I tried the blueberry liquid shots for better sleep. I could not drink it at all and had to spill it out. It was sour in taste and gave me a stomachache. Disappointing.

I'm not expecting instant results, so I will review again later, but I put a scoop in each cup of coffee each morning and I can't even tell it's in there. Expecting good results along with biotin that has already made my nails as hard as Chinese algebra.

I’ve been using vitals collagen protein powder for about a month now and not only do I notice a change in my skin and hair, but my friends have noticed too! Added bonus- my back and knees (both of which I’ve had issues with in the past) have felt strong and pain free and I’ve been able to do my HIIT workouts 5-6 times a week without any aches. I really can’t say enough good things about this collagen, totally worth trying!

Dissolves well in hot liquids, but not so much in cold ones. It’s unflavored like it says, so you can’t tell it’s even added in...that’s a plus. I love the benefits of the collagen, but I never use two scoops daily like it says. The sodium is pretty high so I only use one scoop every morning. Then drink lots of water the rest of the day!
