Kept seeing this product around in the beauty world and decided to give it a go, So far I've been using this product consistently for about 3 months (the first month in which I used the method of collagen loading) I can say with great confidence that the OG peptides have since become a staple in my daily routine! Not only have a had great change in the texture/smoothness of my skin my "laugh Lines" are noticeably fading. The my hair has become a lot thicker it now takes me a little longer to detangle it but I love it! I've always been self conscious when it came to wearing my hair up because the hair around my ear was very thin and now i can pull up my hair without thinking twice about it. Aside from the beauty benefits my body as also benefited greatly. I am a distance runner and I've noticed that I haven't gotten nearly as many "runners injuries' as before. The product does contain a bit of sodium and in the beginning of taking the collagen I did notice I would bloat a little but after I started increasing my water intake the issue was easily solved.

I use this daily in my morning smoothie to get my day started with a great boost of protein! I love that it's unflavored and unsweetened so I'm not adding anything I'm not looking for. It also adds a nice creaminess to the smoothie as it gets blended in which is great!

I have been using the collagen peptides for a few weeks now and my hair feels so soft and my skin feels nourished. I can't wait to see the long term results. The best part is that I can put a scoop in my morning coffee and it does not change the taste which is really important to me. I started with half a scoop just to be sure but now I am up to a full scoop. I will be ordering again!

My husband purchased the smaller size for me to try, since I’ve tried SO many protein mixes that have been thrown out. I suffer from CRPS and muscle wasting, so my doctor insisted that everything I eat has protein or I would be forced to get a feeding tube surgically implanted. I am only about to finish my first tub and I’ll have to say I love this stuff. I’m not sure it’s doing anything for my body yet but I love the taste/creaminess in my morning coffee! I’ll update review in 2 months to see if there have been any changes.

I have the Collagen Peptides EVERY SINGLE DAY. I'll mix one scoop into my smoothie in the mornings and sometimes have another scoop for dessert before bed. It has no flavor whatsoever so it can be mixed into basically anything. Sometimes I'll even mix it into my yogurt and top it off with some fruit & granola. I've seen a slight difference in my skin. I don't break out as much anymore. Would purchase this product again.

For the past 5 years, I haven’t had any day without having my collagen coffee. I take them along with me wherever I go. Also carry small sachets if I’m on a trip. This is the FIRST THING I put in my system after a huge glass of water. I add this to my black coffee, along with MCT oil and make it bullet proof. Have recommended this to all my students who workout with me, as this has been a GAME CHANGER in my life. Should I say more? :)

Good Morning, I was so excited to start using your vital proteins. I saw a lot of people adding two scoops to their coffee and I followed suit. I was sick to my stomach for the next two days and stopped using it after that. Have you had anyone else report such an issue? Thanks

I bought this a month ago and I noticed a difference with in a few weeks. My nails are growing and r stronger. My hair is stronger as well, not falling out as much. I was hoping that it would help my joints as well but not yet. I will continue to use. I have no problem at all mixing into my morning coffee, I think it does give it a creamery taste as I use coffee mate creamer.
