I started adding this into my coffee after seeing it in a post on Instagram from an expecting mother. I have seen a huge difference in my skin all over my body and also no stretch marks,as of yet, in my 36 weeks of pregnancy. I will continue to take this supplement after delivery and for as long as I am active. Great product!

I've been using this for quite a few months. I gave it only 4 stars because of the "drinkability" of the product. It does not dissolve clear, and you have to really stir this up to get all the "powder" to dissolve. I drink it all at once; for me, it is not something I would want to let stand around and drink like a regular glass of water. On the plus side, I have a a noticeable improvement in my hair and some improvement in my nails. For this reason, I continue to use the product.

I've been taking this supplement (2 scoops everyday) for the last year and I've noticed a decrease in the fine lines around my eyes. Also the texture of my skin seems very supple. Can't beat the sourcing that it's grass-fed and pastured raised. The Collagen Peptides dissolve well in water...you can barely taste it if you mix it into more than 8oz of water per scoop. I've tried it in my coffee with ghee and MCT oil and the consistency hasn't been affected. There is a slight variation in the taste of the coffee so I just prefer to drink the collagen peptides in my water.

I wish I could like and use this product, but I've tried to drink it several times, both with and without food, and each time it causes abdominal cramps and diarrhea about 4 to 6 hours later and lasts about another 12 hours. Wanted it for joint issues and skin, but I just can't use it.

I am nearly through with my second container and honestly I’m not noticing a huge difference with my hair, skin or nails. I’ve used 2 scoops daily mixed with coffee or hot tea. On the plus side, there is no taste and the powder mixes well in my hot beverage.

I have been using Vital Proteins for a month now. Prior to using it, my hair was falling out and my nails were thin and brittle. Now my hair is growing back and my nails are growing like crazy. I have been drinking the collagen peptides for about three months now. Immediately noticed that my hair was growing like crazy, my thin spots have grown in. My hairstylist keeps telling me, how soft it is and how pretty it is. I get hair compliments all the time. Can't say that I see anything else happening right now. I bought this on the recommendation of a nutritionist as a way to increase protein without the gritty and unpleasant taste of most non-dairy protein powders. The collagen peptides have blown me away. Not only do I not taste them in smoothies, but my skin suddenly looks incredible and I am noticing an increase in feeling better/in my digestion. I am guessing that this is the result of several changes to my eating, sleeping and exercise habits, but I am convinced that the peptides helped push me over the hump. There isn’t a wonder food out there that solves all problems, but these peptides have certainly met my needs for more protein and gave me some lovely additional benefits as well.
