I received the order on 8/4/17. Today is 8/21 and I haven't noticed any improvements with taking the recommended dose that I was hoping for. Although after taking for 2 weeks my menstrual cramps have subsided and that along is worth the buy. It curves my appetite due to the protein. I love the fact that it is COMPLETELY tasteless. I take a dose morning and bedtime with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and lemon water I'm giving the product a full 30 days for improvements on my hair, nails, and skin. I'll be back to review after 30 days.

Hi, I've been using your products diligently daily for the last several months and I am not seeing any kind of a difference. I have read the reviews and that is why I keep purchasing in using hoping that I will see some improvement in my hair skin and nails. I am considering switching to the marine peptides.

I have yet to try the full course of the collagen so can’t say how it works, but extremely disappointed that my package came literally being halfway filled with the powder. The price is affordable but not good enough for literally half of the product

I have been using this do almost a month. I have a very sensitive digestive system and do not eat any red meat. With that said, I had to adjust my dosage to 1 scoop because it did give me bloating and stomach upset. It took about 2 weeks for the digestive issues to settle down and now I am using 1.5 scoops. At 59, this month, I have always felt skinny fat. Look great in clothes but dimples in arms and thighs/butt. It didn't matter what exercise I did. I had an automobile accident that resulted in many surgeries which also set me back. I am happy to say that in this short time I have noticed the dimples dissipating and another skin with tone replacing it. I'm not completely there yet, promising YES! I will update as time goes on.
