I bought this a month ago, used the 20g a day it called for. I did not see any difference in anything! My joints still aches, my nails and hair are as they were. They have always been healthy I just thought I would see growth as you read in other reviews. No difference in my skin either. Waste of money in my opinion. I rate this product a ZERO!

I started using this product at my dermatologist's suggestion for hair growth. My hair has been slowly falling out over the past few years, partly due to heredity. I was told that I wouldn't see any results for at least 6 months, but after 6 weeks my hair was shinier, darker, fuller, and generally healthier looking. I noticed my fingernails were stronger and grew longer, the wrinkles on my face & neck were less pronounced. Even though it has been over 6 months and my hair still looks healthy, though it hasn't grown back as fast as I had hoped, I still feel it was worth the investment. I sleep better since I started taking the collagen peptides too, and I have suggested it to anyone who will listen. It is a little expensive, but I think the benefits are many, so... My step-mom is now taking the supplements and is getting similar results.

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for almost two years. It dissolves easily into my morning coffee, without adding any weird flavor. The lady I entrust with my haircare says my hair grows faster than most of her other clients and has much less damage than other color treated clients! My nails are also almost 2x thicker than they were, which says a lot, I have always had thin and brittle nails.

I have only been taking 1 scoop a day (I know it recommends 1-2). I have been taking this for about 11 days now and have not seen any difference. I know it takes about 2-4 weeks for results so I am hopeful I will see skin improvement soon! As for the product itself, it is pretty much odorless and tasteless. I add a scoop to my morning coffee or water and I do not notice it at all. It mixes really well too!

I love this product! It is ultimately flavorless and dissolves completely! I make a cup of hot tea and add in the powder and I can’t even tell. My fingernails are so strong and healthy! I can also tell it has helped my hair. I have good hair anyway but I have a lot of new hair growth! I would definitely recommend this product!

I have seen such an improvement in my skin and nails since I started using this about a year ago now. I just put a scoop in my morning coffee everyday. No stirring required- it mixes/dissolved right in. I've tried other collagen powders in the past that got clumpy when mixed in my coffee and had a weird smell and unappealing smell, but not this brand! I absolutely love Vital Proteins!!

I love collagen peptides from vital proteins. I feel less joint pain from my runs, my hair and nails are strong and healthy, and it makes my skin glow. I've never considered cancelling my subscription. I am, however, unhappy with the extra plastic on the new container. I'm not sure why it was necessary to add, but I'd be open to hearing the reasoning behind it. I like to shop with conscientious companies and this seemed a bit wasteful. This doesn't change how much I love the effects of the product!

After a major surgery with major complications and sepsis, I began losing my hair in large chunks. I panicked. I had been taking Biotin and I couldn't tell if it was really doing anything...my nutritionist had stated that collagen wouldn't help and said it can actually work against my diet plan, but I was desperate so I purchased this product. I've noticed that my hair loss has slowed down though I'm told that hair loss from the trauma of surgery and illness will eventually dissipate without supplements so I don't know if its this product or not that has helped. I feel it really can't hurt me to continue taking it for at least awhile. I purchased this product and the lavender flavor beauty collagen and I prefer the unflavored variety. This product dissolves better in hot liquid, but it will break down in cold liquid too, it's just a lengthy process. I cannot simply add the collagen into a glass or bottle that I plan on drinking right away b/c it clumps, but if I add it to a cold drink and set it in the refrigerator overnight, it is completely dissolved in the morning. This product truly is unflavored.

Excellent product! I love the fact that it doesn't have a chalky taste when I swallow the product in water. I'm very picky when it comes to taking protein powder. This one doesn't make me gag when I try to swallow it. Definitely would recommend this to anyone!

I have loved using this for a long time but something is wrong with the new formula. It has an odd smell, does not dissolve nicely, and leaves a weird residue on top of my coffee. The old formula was odorless and dissolved like magic - a 5 star product. Will probably start shopping around for a new product unfortunately.
