I love how easy the collagen peptides dissolve in whatever you're drinking_ÑÓ-hot or cold. There is zero after taste which is super important to me. I definitely can see the difference in my hair and skin. Will continue to use and recommend to anyone!

I bought a month ago and have mostly mixed it into hot chocolate and tea. I can’t taste a difference at all in the hot chocolate and with the tea I can mostly smell it but the taste doesn’t change really. I do not recommend mixing it with plain water as it tastes bad. As for the benefits, I haven’t experienced any yet. Not sure if it takes longer than a month for noticeable benefits to occur but I enjoyed it enough that I got a 2nd months worth and will see how it goes. Giving this 4 stars because I can’t attest to the benefits.

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for approximately 2 years now. What I have learned is consistency is key. It took about one month to start noticing my hair and nails growing faster and being stronger. I am collegiate volleyball player and I noticed I was feeling better on the court and in the weight room. It has done wonders for my joints. I notice a difference when I am using it everyday and when I slack off. I would recommend this product to EVERYONE!

In my mid 50’s my hair started to thin. My stylist told me about this. I was hesitant because I don’t like anything added to my morning coffee but it really doesn’t change the flavor or consistency of my morning black coffee. Best part….my hair is thickening up again! Woot woot!

I mix this with my casein protein, my oatmeal, or add it in my tea. I have noticed my hair has been growing a lot faster and doesn't really looked damaged considering I haven't cut it in almost a year. I haven't noticed a difference in my nails yet. I think the price is great also compared to other similar products.

My nails are finally growing. I keep them short, but before - I couldn't get any length on my nails at all. I've been taking Vital Proteins for about 5 months now, it's really helping! I think it's helping my hair too, but I can't the obvious different like i can with my nails. I always add to a bottle of water, add in a little flavor, and get my day going.

Over the last couple of years, I've purchased probably 4-5 canisters of this collagen. I have always loved it and recommended it to others. This last canister is different. It doesn't dissolve as easily and completely as it has before. It tends to clumps. I'm not sure why. I still think it's good, but I wish it would go back to being so easily dissolvable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came across this website looking for supplements and found the collagen and peptides with hyaluronic acid and vitamin c and know it was exactly what I wanted. It has everything I need in a form that I can add to literally anything. It mixes so easily with no clumps and no lumps. It is flavourless and I add it to whatever I’m eating/drinking. I am seeing readily after a few weeks of regular use. The sizes of the product are great and the price fits my budget perfectly! So happy I found this!

I have tried several other unflavoured collagen products and often find them messy and difficult to stir in to my coffee. Vital protein’s collagen dissolved while I took the couple steps to get a spoon. There is no taste but adds to my coffee and oat milk and leaves me feeling full until I get to my breakfast a couple hours later.

I got this because I was seeing it being used all over instagram and although it was expensive I wanted to see what the hype was. Originally I wanted to try it because I recently tore a muscle and wanted to see if this would do anything for my recovery. I haven’t noticed anything in that regard but soon after I started adding it to my yogurt and smoothies for breakfast I started getting moments from people about my skin looks amazing and asking what I was doing differently. So in that regard it works and I’m happy.
