I've just used one scoop of this in my coffee/ tea for the first three days and I HAD to stop. It upsets my stomach so much. I run to the bathroom, and I feel so drained and crampy after, like I had a stomach flu. I was so excited to start taking the collagen, not just for the hair/skin/nail benefits, but for the benefits I've read about for joints, ligaments, tendons, (and I have IBS and supposedly helps with digestion). I'm 30 now, but I had cortisone shots in my hips two years ago and anything to help my mobility as I'm getting older I am willing to try.... even if this helps my hips, I just can't be that uncomfortable taking this everyday.

We have been using collagen peptides for several years now and love it! I add it to my coffee every morning, or smoothies or yogurt. My husband puts it in his after-workout protein drink. Because there is no flavor, it doesn't affect the flavor of what you are eating or drinking. It has done wonders for our hair, nails, and skin.

I purchased this with high hopes that it would be all that it promised to be, but instead I when I opened it the container was half full. What a rip off. I expect for products to settle but this was unsatisfactory. I contacted Vital Proteins and they were very polite and agreed that this was unacceptable and they would immediately send a replacement but it never arrived. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Vital Proteins again.

This is a great product and it is kosher which is so amazing. I am close to 50 and was working on truing to lose a few pounds bec i know once I hit this age that’s it. You can’t lose weight. This made such a positive affect on my digestive, my hair my nails. I live it. My girls started using it too. So greateful there is a product out there that does what it says it does. It doesn't work the same for everyone. I recommend trying out the single packs for two weeks and see how that works out before buying the scoop servings.

Tried this for the first time and was experiencing my heart racing really fast . I continue to take it the next day, I was still experiencing my heart racing if not worse. I am sad this didn’t work for me . I hope this doesn’t happens to anyone else.

Disappointed in this product. It tastes horrible and does not mix well at all. I have tried it in my coffee (which it ruins), then I tried to suck it up and drink it just mixed with water (brutal), and I have tried putting it in smoothies but it does not mix at all.

I've been mixing Collagen Peptides powder in with my shakes every day for probably a year, and my skin and hair couldn't look better! I trained for a half marathon last year, and had absolutely no injuries, aches or pains in the process.....I'm 43! I owe this all to Vital Proteins!

But so far so good. I'm already impressed that it comes with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid which makes it vastly superior to most of the collagens out there. I have a couple of friends who use this and they seem pretty happy with it. My joints have creaked less already so I'm pretty happy with this so far.

I have been buying this product on the automatic monthly renewal. The first two months were great in every way, but this past month, the container was less than half full. I took pictures and will be getting in touch with the company. I would like to continue with this product but need to get the amount that I'm paying for.

I have bad knees, they grind when I walk, and hurt/hard to stand. I noticed an improvement with using this daily and my recommended amount via their calculator. However, first batch I ordered had no taste. Second had a distinct difference in taste. I shook the container multiple times. It a flavor I have had before with other animal based protein/collagen. Also, i have EOE, so this being a powder is wonderful for me. I put it in coffee, tea, as and shakes with out issue (dissolve no problem) Even got my mom using this product and she is the type to never use anything.
