I started using this about 2 months ago and I am noticing a difference in my hair. The new growth isn’t as thin/fine as it used to be. I have psoriatic arthritis and have a lot of issues with my left knee. Since I’ve started using Vital Proteins, I can feel a difference in my knee. I am so glad I found this!!!

Super bummed about this product. I like that it doesn’t clump and doesn’t change the taste of my smoothies but it just blends super weird. Just one scoop changes the texture of my smoothies quiet drastically and for whatever reason adds 8 oz to my normally 16 oz smoothie which is just weird!

I have suffered with becoming very easily dehydrated all my life, since have rheumatic fever as a small child. I have even been rushed to emergency because of passing out. I was a hugh nothing but water drinker all my life! A recent article on the new science emerging on Gel Water led me to give it a try. Come to find out....Collagen Peptides IS pure Gel Water. After only 4 days I noticed a difference. It has been about 3 weeks now of about 3 servings per day....I am hydrating at the cellular level. Gel Water hydrates our cells and joints, regular water is only a carrier to remove waste from the entire body....both are important but yet a BIG difference!

Unfortunately even though I had great hopes for this it was a let down. The "unflavored" had a weird flavor when mixed in water and the powder never truly mixed there were always lumps left. I tried a shaker cup, electric whisk, electric frother, nothing helped. I would not recommend this product!

Excellent integration, especially with hot beverages. Very minimal taste to the flavorless collagen, and less offensive tasting than other collagen I’ve tried. My only wishes are that it could be less expensive and that the serving size scoop could be equal to one full serving and not a half.

After one week of a daily scoop in my morning coffee, my wrist pain was gone. I have had a deep ache in my wrist for about 2 years and it is amazing to not have this issue anymore. I started taking Vital Proteins for my skin and nails, but this was a remarkable added benefit.

Maybe I was looking or expecting too much. But I tried this product for a month and received my second container. I hadn’t noticed any changes in my skin which is what I was hoping for. I am going to use up the second container and will make a revision if I can see some changes.

I love this one. I’ve been using it for over a year. I go flavorless because i love hot tea and coffee and u get the benefits without even knowing it’s there. I use the monthly subscription now because it’s there when I need it and if I use it as per the directions I run out maybe a day or two before my next one is on my door so I don’t have to shop locally for it. Bonus is it saves me between $2-$4 a month on auto ship. I also now send it to my son in the military and he’s been taking it for a couple months. He is now on auto ship as well.

I'm not expecting instant results, so I will review again later, but I put a scoop in each cup of coffee each morning and I can't even tell it's in there. Expecting good results along with biotin that has already made my nails as hard as Chinese algebra.

I have been loving putting a scoop of this in my morning coffee. It dissolves completely and does not have any taste. I love that it is an incredibly clean protein source with no added chemicals and I’ll take the possible anti-aging affects that come with it!
