Too many changes recently. I agree with everyone else about the packing. It is ridiculous. Luckily I saved an old container and I just transfer the new powder over but that is after I have to destroy the new container trying to open it. Also, why the bitter/sour taste now? It took me awhile to figure out why my coffee was tasting sour and through a process of elimination I figured it out. It was the powder! I think I'll be looking for a new product.

I started Taking collagen because I've read reviews that's supposed to be really good for you and support healthy lifestyle. It's always good to include more protein. So far, I'm very happy with product and I feel pretty good but there's definitely an error with the serving size listed on the package. A serving size is 20 g, 4 Tbsp. This is incorrect it would be equivalent to 4 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons. I measured it out on my scale just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. Who knows if any of these powders actually do what they say they are going to do but at the very least I'd like to know I'm getting the correct serving size. I actually support the no scoop, packaging, and if there's a way to make the entire plastic bottle become more earth friendly, that would be a great step in the right direction as well. Who doesn't have a tablespoon or a teaspoon in their drawer they could easily measure out a serving size with???

I love taking this, it has really been beneficial for my overall health. But as the company is getting bigger and more mainstream it is loosing quality. If you look at the previous serving size you only needed 2 scoops to get your 20g, now you need 4 scoops. Just like every company they are getting greedier and we the consumer suffer the consequences. Price has not decrease but quality has. Very dissapointed.

Been using this product for awhile. Recently it doesn't dissolve well and leaves clumpy residue in my coffee and the lining of the mug. Something must've changed because it never did this before. Looking at other options because of this. Loyal customers notice when company cut corners!

I've been buying this product for some time. However, I just picked up a new container and something isn't right. Idk if they've changed the recipe or what but it tastes like plastic. I always mix it in with my morning coffee. At first I thought it was the creamer I was using. However, when I tried my coffee this morning without the VP there was none of that taste. When I mixed in the VP Powder the taste was back. First they take away the scoop, then the container is only half filled and now the taste/recipe. I guess I need to start looking for a new product. Such a shame I really like this one for a long time.

New packaging is very difficult to open!! The picture of the product shows a screw off top NOT a cardboard lid, which does not seal tightly. Very difficult to open the lid. I should not need a website or a video to enable opening. I have loved your product, but will find an alternate that seals tightly.

You could have warned everyone that the packaging was changing so they could keep the old plastic container to refill. Same with the scoop by the way. I applaud you for going more green but the first attempt is a fail. You can no longer store the product in this container. It doesn't reseal after opening. It would be better to send in a sustainable resealable bag or any sustainable bag for that matter. At least a bag could be stored in a snaplock container. The cardboard canister is just awkward so it was not even worth trying to replicate the plastic canister. Please fix.

I've been taking it for just over a month and already my nails show improved growth at the bases. Re packaging: score the perforations first with a knife (or fingernail), then the top will pull up easily AND it will close without a problem and with a good seal.

Love the product…new packaging is an absolute disaster. Bring back the old containers!! Bad enough you quit putting a measuring scoop in, but paper packaging is terrible. A resealable bag would be an improvement over this mess. And i live in FL…this package is terrible when you live somewhere full of humidity and bugs.

Not a fan of the new “pinch and pull up” packaging! I've been using this product for year and love it, but the new packaging (although environmentally friendly) is difficult to open. Every time, I've had to use a knife to cut at the perforated edge. For anyone who has poor grip strength to “pinch,” this will be a huge problem.
