I incorporate Collagen Peptides in my gluten-free breakfast cookies, into my protein fat bombs, into matcha lattes, and smoothies. I would say it took about two weeks before I started noticing that I felt fuller and more energized, and that my skin heals more quickly . I also enjoy the subtle taste that it adds! I'm allergic to soy, and eggs so it's pretty hard to find a protein powder I can drink that also tastes good. Thank god I found vital proteins! I love to add the collagen whey to my coffee because I don't taste it and it makes my coffee creamier! I can't wait to try all the other products!:)

I enjoy the product, its easily dissolvable in my morning coffee so it makes it super easy to take every day. Basically tasteless, its great to take it when I'm on the go and it has a lot of protein as well as collegen in one serving. I’ve been using it for 1.5 months and saw my hair getting thicker, softer after 2 weeks of use. However, the reason I ordered it because I wanted my face skin look younger, more elastic. I’m 35 and only started using skincare about 3 years ago. Before this product, everyone always said I look much younger than my age. I don’t have much concerns about my skin only till lately the skin around my mouth looks weaker, saggy and forms a wrinkle line from nose to chin. It freaked me out. I used all kinds of wrinkle cream, serum from drug stores till expensive brands, nothing worked and when I saw this product on Instagram, I gave it a try. I will continue to use it maybe at least a year to see if it boosts my skin.

I would give this a five star because we love it. But Why would you remove plastic scoop? Only reason I can think of is for company profits, surely wasn’t to help consumer. The next on your bucket list will be to reduce all your containers sizes by 10% and (you guessed it) , charge same high price. Profit is not bad word, you need too make money also. I was so excited to start taking collagen. I’ve heard everyone raving about it. I was taking it because of the several benefits it had to offer but mostly for my hair, nails, and skin. I’ve been taking it as directed for a little over a month. I’ve seen no change so I’m not convinced it’s working. I’ll say it is great to just add to coffee, it doesn’t add any flavor and dissolves easily.

I never go a day without these in over 3 months and they have helped my digestion and stomach issues sooooo much! Plus they don't taste like anything, so you can't even tell you are drinking it. My only complaint is that I do not like taking them in anything cold. Yes, they dissolve, but not great and I don't like the clumps.

So far is good. It's almost one month. I can't really say much yet. It doesn't have any taste at least to me, dissolves easy in my green tea. About to order another to keep trying it. I do take other supplements so my nails and hair are always growing and strong. Like I said it taste good (no flavor) The container is half way full just so you know. I thought this was weird? I guess they want us to keep buying :)

This works best for me with my morning coffee and mixes very good with hot drinks. My eyelids have perked up, my skin feels a little tighter and smoother on my face, my leg bumps are less noticeable, and I can get up in the morning without pain in my joints.
