[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] using this as an athlete is so easy…collagen is so important for our tendon health and has really helped reduce the amount of tendon injuries on our team since we started using it! super easy to put in oatmeal or add to smoothies and water and a great way to add an extra boost of protein too! it is unflavored and you can’t taste anything at all!

Husband and I have our Vital Proteins delivered by subscription each month for over a year now. We each have the 2-scoop serving in our coffee each morning--dissolves easily and has no taste. In our late 50s, we feel it's helping keep our skin supple and joints flexible.

I am pretty amazed by this product. I am on my feet for at least 8 hours a day, concrete floors and have been fighting Leg, feet and back pain for years. After 12 days of taking vital proteins my body is feeling great and I can't believe the energy I have. I'm 57 and I'm hoping I have found the product that's makes me feel my best. Love the collagen so far! Still early to see super noticeable results with hair and nails, but definitely great way to get your collagen and protein. I would say the only downside is taste and consistency. I find my collagen gets clumpy. The taste also is noticeable, but bearable. Sort of reminds me of...gas? Really not sure how to describe it, but if you mix it with chocolate milk or coffee it isn’t too bad!

I wish I could like and use this product, but I've tried to drink it several times, both with and without food, and each time it causes abdominal cramps and diarrhea about 4 to 6 hours later and lasts about another 12 hours. Wanted it for joint issues and skin, but I just can't use it.

Before I finished using my first container, I saw a difference in the texture of the skin on my face and my fine lines were diminished. I'm hoping with continued use the appearance of the skin on my legs will improve. There really is no taste, but I mix it with some water flavor drops in the morning, just be sure to stir it briskly to prevent any clumping. I have recommended this product to several friends.

Hello , i started using vital protein about 7 weeks ago. I had lost my hair to chemotherapy and it was growing back slowly., My nails were breaking . Now, my hair is growing and it’s so healthy and shiny , my nails are strong again. I’m feeling wonderful! . I’ll definitely be ordering again

I just started using this product so I trust that in time it’s going to do what it says it’s going to do, but I CAN comment today on the taste - they are telling the truth. There is none. Just pop it in your coffee and slurp away, all while becoming more awesome inside and out.
