This product is amazing, I've been taking it for a little less than a year and the results are notable. My hair and nails are definitely stronger, my skin is firm and tight. I recently turned 30 and a good quality collagen supplement is a MUST!

I’ve gone through many different supplements to help boost joint and tendon health. I no longer have to keep searching and dealing with disappointment of mediocre supplements because I found this product. Vital Proteins is quick to dissolve, tasteless, and beneficial to my body. I drink it in water throughout the day and toss in some lemons/limes with a hint of salt to enjoy during my workouts. I drink this twice a day every day and my knows when I miss a dose of this amazing stuff. I highly recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for over a year. It truly is an excellent product! I see a huge difference with my nails and skin. Nails grow longer and are stronger. Skin is noticeably more smooth. Hair breakage is less.

I’be been using vital proteins now for about 3 months. After about a month I really stated noticing my finger nails growing and soon after my hair is thicker. My joints are stable and skin is looking better too. There is no flavor but does clump, so I have to whisk it into my liquids and that works well.

I really like this product. I mix 1 scoop in 1 small mug coffee or 2 scoops in a extra large mug coffee. It dissolves best in coffee. It doesn’t dissolve perfectly in cold drinks but I mix it with water ice and on brand aminos. I really like the fact that if I have 2-3 cups of coffee per day that adds almost 40-60 grams of protein from this collagen powder. You can taste it slightly, but there are so many benefits it’s ok. I like the collagen in smoothies, coffee, in water w/aminos. So far I haven’t noticed a difference in hair or skin or nails. But it’s the best protein I’ve found, nice in coffee. No upset stomach. In the morning I drink the collagen in coffee and throughout the day I drink the collagen with aminos in a big mason jar with ice. It tastes a tad bit, and is slightly expensive but overall I love this collagen powder for every day.

I’ve never tried Vital Proteins or any collagen product, I take 1 capful instead of 2 in a hot drink(usually chamomile tea). The powder doesn’t dissolve well in cold drinks and I definitely don’t recommend drinking it with plain water since it does have a slight beef flavor that’s unpleasant alone. So far it’s been great my joints don’t feel as stiff and with the Vitamin C I get a boost of energy.

I buy this product to improve the growth pattern of my receding hair line. I have a receding hairline with wispy hair that grows a couple inches and falls out. When I religiously take collagen peptides my hair is thicker and the growth cycle is extended.

I honestly started to use this to help me hit my protein goal each day and never really thought I’d notice anything but I was wrong! My skin looks amazing and I haven’t had a breakout since staring to drink this everyday. Also, the pain in my foot from plantar fasciitis is gone. I add a scoop to my post workout or shake in the am and a scoop to my greens at night. Love it!

I bought this to help my skin but I've found not only did it help my skin but all systems in my body!! I feel so much more energized and truly healthy! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to add something that is easy and completely natural. I love the simplicity of it and that they're no nasty things added to it.

After taking this within 2 days my joints throughout my whole body have been throbbing. Don't know if it is limited to this brand or not but it was the first I tried. Having a hard time seeing anyone else this has happened to but can't seem to understand it when it said it is supposed to help with that.
