Awesome customer service. Had an issue with delivery (not their fault) and they sorted it beyond my expectations. My skin is looking and feeling better already from the collagen peptides and great value for money. Plenty of scoops for my morning smoothies. Very pleased! Thank you Vital Proteins. After reading these recent bad reviews I felt compelled to leave my own. I (48F) have been using the collagen plus Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid since October 2022. My mom (73F) has been for just about a year. We have both seen an amazing change in our skin, particularly, and our nails as well. Hair, maybe a moderate improvement. According to the research, you do need to stick with it every day for 8 weeks for it to build up in your body and show results. Stick with it! I highly highly recommend this product. I hope that if there is a packaging issue with the amount of product that VP pays attention to these reviews since I’m due to get my next order soon!

As a 64 year old I have arthritic knees and a bad shoulder. I started taking Collagen Peptides about a year ago and to my amazement both are doing better. I know it is not a cure but walking stairs and lifting my arm have become pretty much normal occurrences for me. I throw a capful in my a cup of coffee per day and am good to go.

Bought this flavor and the Strawberry Lemon beauty flavor, and a couple of single packs of the Lavender flavor and all of them are terrible. I have put this flavor in smoothies and it's about a 50% chance every time that it actually mixes in. With all flavors I've tried, none of them mix into regular water well. It always turns out clumpy or half of it sinks to the bottom. The flavor on all three is also terrible. You can choke down the strawberry lemonade and lavender if you have to, but this original flavor needs to be mixed in a smoothie or maybe some food to get it down. Very disappointed considering the price. This is my first time buying a collagen powder so I hope not all brands are like this. :(

It took me months to find out what was causing weird skin reactions on my face, specifically my eyes. I finally figured out it was this powder. Which I only used one scoop a day. When I stopped using it - within a week my reactions stopped for several weeks. So I tried to use this product again- and again the skin reactions started. So I stopped product for good and I’m fine.

I have been using this for a few months every other day. It dissolves in my coffee if it is very hot. If not I use an immersion blender. It has no taste or texture in my coffee with milk. I haven't noticed a difference probably because i need to increase my usage to the recommended amount, which i plan on doing. I did a lot of research and i think this is the best one out there for me. I will keep buying.

I want to love this product but I’ve found after many months of using it it doesn’t dissolve easily for me and has a horrible taste. I have to hold my nose in order to drink it. It has great benefits and is sourced well but I’m not sure if I will be able to keep using it.

Bought this about a month ago, after hearing multiple people talk about it in a fitness group I am in. Overall, it's okay. It was suggested to use in my morning tea of coffee, since the hot liquid makes it easier to dissolve. When I tried it with my morning tea, it tasted like I made my tea with dirty water. It was slightly better in my coffee, but there was still an odd after taste to my coffee. In neither did it easily dissolve. My most successful place to use it, with no after taste, was in a huge fruit packed smoothie. Seems like the blender is the only place it "dissolves" easily. Will I finish the container? Sure. Will I buy it again? No.

First of all, hello Jennifer Aniston!:) Next, this product is awesome!! I consumed a container and a half as directed and my knee joints do not ache anymore! It's 100% true! I just mix mine in water with a fork and guzzle it down. Odorless and tasteless but you can taste the smallest hint of beef bouillon. Being grass-fed bovine collagen and all. I recently ordered their chocolate protein powder that also has collagen in it as well. Delish!! Chocolate with a hint of coconut. You have nothing to lose. I notice a difference in my hair as well, more silky and smooth. Try it out! Do it for at least 2 months = 2 containers and let us know what you think!

I’ve only been able to get it to dissolve completely in hot water and it takes stirring, stirring, and more stirring but it’s unflavored. I haven’t been using it long enough to feel a difference so I can’t speak on that yet but willing to continue to try it
