I've been using the unflavored collagen peptides for about two months now. I'm really enjoying it. I feel that my hair, skin & nails are already improving. I take 1 - 2 scoops daily in my green tea every morning. I don't taste a difference, I'm loving this product!

Was hoping this would be a positive supplement to add to my routine. Had 1 scoop/day with coffee in the morning, and continued for about 2 weeks. I started to develop really bad cystic acne on places on my face I've never had acne before. I stopped using it after the two weeks and my skin immediately started to clear up. Won't ever be using collagen again!

I am in my 60's and still enjoy running a couple times a week outdoor trails only - about 7 miles each time. I live in a cold climate so running outdoors is limited to about 8 or 9 months. The last couple of years around 6 months into my season my joints become stiffer and it starts to wear on me a bit. My friend who is a personal trainer and nutritionist recommended trying this. I know she researches her brands and makes sure she only uses reliable products so I took her advice. I can't explain it but after using this for about 3 weeks I was no longer feeling any stiffness in my ankles and knees as I was running downhill and I recovered quicker after my runs. So, I mentioned it to my husband, who is 66 and was having cracking joints and stiffness. He has been using it for about 5 weeks now and he also says he feels much better now and his joints are not as stiff as before. He has tried other products and never felt like it made any difference, but with this he does feel a noticeable difference. It's easy, tasteless without any side effects. We will continue to use this fine product.

Both my husband and me take it every morning with our breakfast. For me I have noticed my skin seems brighter and my niece noticed the change on my skin as well. My husband is taking collagen mainly for his joints and it’s a bit early for him to comment. Will get back in a couple more months…

I starting using this product 3 months ago. I have noticed recently less cellulite on my legs and my jiggly arms are not so jiggly. I put it in my coffee. It has absolutely no taste and keeps me full for awhile due to the protein in it. I love it and will continue taking it.

I wanted to get more collagen into my diet and this is the absolute best product for it! I have noticed a significant difference in my joints and skin and nails! Perfect for post workout smoothie, hot green tea, oatmeal, you name it! It's perfect in anything!

I take vital proteins and started 3 months ago because I lost hands full of hair daily. I started with 1scoop for a week then went for 2 scoops because I have a sensitive stomach. I also added biotin gummies. After a couple of weeks my hair stopped falling out I could shower and not have to cry because the drain was not full of hair. Then I stopped getting my hair colored because I was so afraid so with grey roots all over I started getting baby fuzz and I waited 3 months and my hair was feeling better than before I went and got my hair colored and cut and it looks amazing. I will never stop taking vital proteins. P.S. my face is as soft as a babies bottom at age 57. This is so nice because I am disabled and take 15 medications a day plus 5 prns so you can imagine how much junk is in my body. This has made me feel fantastic. Also my nails looks great.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I can’t yet determine if this product is fabulous or just like any other fad. I purchased my first 9 ounce container and used it everyday. i wanted better skin and results with my hair. I have noticed much less hair falling out. That was a nice benefit. so I purchased two more containers to see if I notice any additional benefits with my skin in the next two months before I can fairly rate this product beyond 3 stars. It has good ingredients so I expect it will yield good results. Time will tell.

I started using Vital Protein around the end of November 2020, by the end of December I was able to tell the difference with my joints, skin and nails. Being an RN always working 12 hours shift on my feet this helps. My only concern, the sodium level and I have high blood pressure. Overall its good and I have ordered since am now on my 2nd jar.
