I've been using collagen for about 4 years now and the inflammation in my left knee (due to Osgood-Schlatter disease) is like a thing of the past! I was usually in pain afyer any workout where I used my legs a lot, to the point of where I had to use a brace. 6 months after taking collagen daily I noticed a difference. Still have the brace, just haven't had to use it!

I started using Vital Proteins 12/31/19 and I love it. I started seeing the benefits about three months into using. Hair grows fast, nails are a bit stronger and skin I don’t personally see a huge difference. I have faithfully used every day since 12/31/19. I add to my coffee daily.

The only reason I am knocking this down a star is because it is an absorbent amount to pay for a collagen supplement. I feel this makes my hair grow nice and thick, even on my face, (unwanted, but it is what it is, peach fuzz). It makes everything grow faster and seems to strengthen my joints as well.

Very pleased with how nice it mixes with my coffee.. I've also been noticing my fingernails are getting stronger, before they were always soft and couldn't get them to grow. . But my real reason for trying this product, was because of bad knees. Would like to see if it helps with joints as it says.

Hi! It's hard to know what to think of a product like collagen. It's one of those things that I have really no idea if it's doing what it's "supposed" to do, because I don't feel any different. I can say that I do like how easily it dissolves and that it doesn't have a flavor.

I was so skeptical about the tastelessness of the product, especially in coffee, but it's true. As a black coffee drinker, I didn't think it would be mixed in and hidden without cream and/or sugar, but it dissolves and you don't know it's there. Such a nice change from a protein powder packed smoothie, to just getting some collagen and protein in a cup of joe.

I love this! I struggle with being consistent, and therefore seldom follow through. But Vital Proteins is absolutely tasteless making it SO EASY to commit to. Two scoops in my coffee every morning! My nails are stronger, and therefore I know my hair should do well with it too! Im finishing one month and I plan to go ahead and subscribe! It's that easy, and I love that! Give it a try you won't believe it!

I am really happy with the outcome of this product. I started working out intensely 4 times a week doing heavy weights, cardio and boxing. My joint health hasn’t been the greatest but this definitely helps. I noticed better range of motion and stretching. As well as compression when I lift weights. I definitely recommend. When taken with water there is a slight taste but it’s not horrible. It’s just noticeable. I love adding this to other flavored drinks and food.

I never really understood how essential collagen was for the body until I started doing some research. I saw so many people talking about Viral Proteins that I went ahead and gave it a try!! Definitely the right choice. The unflavored collagen peptides are the best because they can be mixed in any liquid hot or cold! I like to change it up and will make smoothies and add my scoops or even in my morning coffee or tea! In a month I have already seen and felt a difference in my hair and skin health! Will be continuing to use these great products!

I have problems with my knees and I heard that taking a supplement could greatly help joint health as well as skin, hair, and nails. I have been taking this product for about 6 months and I can tell a huge difference in my joints as well as my skin. I am a customer for life.
