The Collagen Peptides really are the best in my opinion because you can add it to virtually ANYTHING. I grab the to-go packets and put it in my coffee! Really enjoying the Collagen Water and the Shots too, (delicious!) but I started with the Peptides and will ALWAYS reorder.

I absolutely LOVE my Vital collagen! I struggle with bad hips, though I'm only in my mid-twenties, which normally limits my ability to do cardio i.e. running and the stairmaster. Since incorporating collagen into my daily routine about a month ago, I've noticed decreased stiffness/pain in my hips and have actually increased the amount of cardio I'm doing!
