The new package seems to be a bluff because it used to be 2 scoops to get 20 grams of collagen, now is 4 scoops to get 20 grams of collagen! Please explain what changed? Less collagen per serving, so more of what to fill in? Not buying again. Not only the packaging changed, they reduced the amount of collagen by 50%.. from 2 to 4 scoops. That was a low ball.

I bought this two months ago and used it all up! I Honestly could see and feel a difference in my skin. No icky after flavor at all. My only negative comment is there is a little bit of clumping if you don't mix it immediately in a warm liquid like coffee. I tried the cold water and it didn't go so well. Overall the product is great!

I love the product and the NEW packaging. Yes new things take time to adjust to. I'm sure with everyone out there still using plastic or a mason jar we can all find something to trasfer our collegen to. I ordered two different collagen products. My daughter and i tried Vital Proteins first as it had the additional Vit C and HAcid suppplements. It had supior mixing into our morning coffees. I noticed an improvement in my facial skin texture before I finished my first bottle and the additional bennefit that it helped sustain my appetite as I am practicing intermittant fasting. No effect on the taste of my brewed coffee

Ive been adding this to my morning drink for 4 months now. Doesn’t dissolve if the water is too cold, room temperature works best. And I’ve gotten accustomed to the taste. Haven’t seen any crazy improvement on myself except for my nails feeling a little stronger. Maybe I need to take the full 2 scoop instead of just 1.

I have seen improvement in overall complexion, nails, hair & overall wellness. Highly recommend. Mixes well in hot & cold beverages. I put a serving in my morning coffee & another in an afternoon smoothie or crystal lite.

I am a competitive bodybuilder and trashed my Sacroiliac joint three weeks from competing. This was two years ago. I have found nothing to alleviate the pain. I've tried heat, chiro, massage etc. I started on Vital Proteins a couple of months ago and I have NO pain in my SI joint and will be able to compete again! Keep in mind I'm almost 62 years young!

I bought this as I work for a large supplement company and they offered our employees a bit of a deal. I thought I'd try it out and I'm quite surprised at how quality the product was. It's quite literally flavorless when dissolved in a drink, and doesn't even need to be stirred. I went out on a limb when purchasing this and only went for it as it's a little more protein in my diet. I'm a male and was not looking for a collagen product but will certainly be purchasing again.

Hi - I ordered 4 jars, but only 1 was shipped. Julie was very nice on the phone, though, and said she would ship the other three. I tried sending her a picture of the box to show it only fit 1, even though the shipping label said 4, but it kept bouncing back from VitalProteins. Also, the new formulation is harder to use, just because it dissolves less evenly, though I also feel like I'm digesting it less well than previously, but I'll see how I adapt for a bit.

My latest batch seems off. Similar to other reviews, the seal at the top seemed like it wasn’t fully attached. Also, it didn’t totally dissolve. And I noticed that it looked odd on the top of my coffee. I believe that this has caused food poisoning. I have been sick for 2 days now. I have used this product for years and never had any issues.
