I like the flavorless collagen peptides because it doesnt change the consistency of your liquid drink (I put it in my green smoothie or iced coffee) and you cant taste it either. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now, I've noticed my nails have been growing longer and stronger.

We have been using collagen peptides for several years now and love it! I add it to my coffee every morning, or smoothies or yogurt. My husband puts it in his after-workout protein drink. Because there is no flavor, it doesn't affect the flavor of what you are eating or drinking. It has done wonders for our hair, nails, and skin.

After about three weeks, I find that when I go up stairs, my knees don't hurt. I brace myself when I start going up the first step and am still surprised that the pain is gone. I've also been adding a scoop to my 88-year-old mom's coffee and haven't heard her say, "My knees hate me!"

I take a variety of supplements for my health, but you don't always see tangible results. In the case of the Collagen Peptides, I've definitely noticed a difference in my skin, and my nails grow much quicker. This was within a couple of weeks. I'll definitely continue to use this product.

I'm almost done with my first tub of the collagen peptides, and I can assure you I will be repurchasing! I started with 1 scoop in my morning green smoothie just to ease this new product into my diet. I never experienced the belly disruption like other reviews mentioned. I've been using 2 scoops for the last few weeks, and have seen an improvement in my hair, skin, & nail growth and texture. There's no taste in the smoothie! I don't mind putting 1 scoop in 8 oz. of water and drinking that 2-3x/day. I wouldn't say the collagen peptides are completely tasteless when mixed in water, but the taste is minimal and I just drink the water quickly. I think I'll be trying the marine collagen next time--just for comparison and to try something different than the bovine product. But I really like this product and am satisfied with the results I'm seeing!

I’ve been using this for a while, but the latest shipment is definitely off. I’m not sure if it’s a formula change or what, but the previous flavorless and easily dissolved product was amazing. This new jar has so many issues I’m not sure I want to use it. Not only will it not dissolve, but when it it is stirred in to my coffee it bubbles back up alarmingly and floats on top. Definitely not normal, and not sure this is safe to ingest. The removal of the plastic scoop is super annoying too, what was the point? Before this jar I would have left a 5-star review. Bummer because I’ve really enjoyed the product thus far.

I've been taking this for a little less than two year now. It took about 8 months for me to notice any improvements in my hair and nails. I could never grow my hair past a certain point for my entire life and now it has grown about 2-3 inches past that length. My nails are noticeably stronger (although still very weak), but actually grow and have some length to them. This has been the only product that has worked.

Yes it was a little confusing at first since I was used to the old plastic lid, but once I noticed the hint in "mice type" to Pinch and Pull, that the lid opened differently, I like it much better. NO PLASTIC for the environment. I would suggest a better container design, make the words "Pinch & Pull" MUCH bigger and bolder...maybe add a sticker for the more oblivious among us (you know who you are). Don't change it back to plastic. NOTE: I would like it to be made clear in the terms and conditions that Vital Proteins will not share our email addresses with anyone for any purpose, especially marketing. I don't care how trusted they are! Do not like the bait and switch image with the lower pricing for the 20oz.!

I've been using this product for six weeks and I can say that I have noticed a definite improvement in my fingernails. They used to split down into the flesh area on a regular basis and they are not doing that any more. It didn't seem to matter what I did to try to prevent the splitting from happening, it still happened. Collagen Peptides in my hot tea every morning and the splitting has ended. I am so thankful. Not only was it inconvenient to have torn nails, it hurt like the devil when it went down into the flesh area.
