I’ve been taking this for about a year. Didn’t really notice and feel the results for about 6 months. My nails are stronger and my hair has a noticeable difference. I feel less soreness in my joints when I run and I think all in all this product has made a difference in my life. Give it time and don’t give up. Seriously my nails were peeling and weak and my hair brittle....and that’s not the case anymore. I mix it in my coffee every day and I don’t notice the taste.

So, I bought into the collagen peptides craze and ordered matcha, gingerbread coffee creamer & 3 tubs of collagen peptides. I figured I would need to give them at least that amount of time (3 months) to reap the benefits. Boy was I wrong. I tried the coffee creamer immediately. I am not the biggest fan of gingery taste in general, but it was the only flavor available at the time so I gave it a shot. The taste is pretty strong, and definitely gingery, but the coffee gets that nice creamy texture and it keeps me satiated and energized for extra few hours between breakfast and lunch. I am currently waiting for coconut & vanilla to arrive and I already know I will LOVE them :) I also love the matcha. It gives me that added boost in the afternoon when I feel like I'm close to crashing. Please make it with vanilla flavor! :) As for the peptides, I have to say for a good month and a half those tubs were sitting on a shelf in my pantry-I just couldn't bring myself to put something that has a picture of bovine on it in my coffee :))) I just kept thinking no way this could be tasteless & odorless. I finally tried it two weeks ago and my first reactions were: a) WOW-no taste, no odor, just a touch of creaminess to my morning coffee which I loved and b) once I have my collagen peptides coffee-I can go and **** my workout and have my breakfast after it, which I couldn't do before. The third benefit is something I really didn't expect so fast, and i literally noticed the difference within a week-my skin is not dry anymore. Usually I would have to bathe in body moisturizer in order for my skin to be nice & smooth, but not only have I noticed a huge improvement, I actually STOPPED using body moisturizer about a week ago, and my skin feels AMAZING. I've been using this product now for about three or four months. My eyebrows are filling in. I can feel the difference in my bones and joints. I am so happy to have added this to my supplement routine. And yes. It's as easy as placing the scoops in a cup of coffee or smoothie.

i wanted to try the collagen peptides because I am getting older. Never again will i try this brand. Wasted my money (extremely expensive) when I purchase this product it was two containers one in white container and one in blue. OMG, nothing I put it in took away that horrible flavor. They say it is unflavored, the heck you say. You may be able to bake with it, don't know scared to try and waste my food again. I purchased another brand and its unflavored drink coffee with it everyday.

I bought this as I work for a large supplement company and they offered our employees a bit of a deal. I thought I'd try it out and I'm quite surprised at how quality the product was. It's quite literally flavorless when dissolved in a drink, and doesn't even need to be stirred. I went out on a limb when purchasing this and only went for it as it's a little more protein in my diet. I'm a male and was not looking for a collagen product but will certainly be purchasing again.

The Collagen Peptides dissolve easily into my hot coffee and they don't alter the taste. I have had some trouble with getting it to completely dissolve into cold beverages. That is my only real complaint, but I think that is a general property of all collagen supplements.

My nails have always been brittle and don't grow much. Since I started the collagen they became stronger, healthier and grew long until I run out of it. Now they are short and brittle again, so....I bought it again and this time I won't let it run out!

I have extreme eczema, and it helps keep it under control. I hooked my friend onto it as well, as we both use it for gut healing. Not only does it help with my protein intake, the collagen helps with my skin while also healing my gut. I can't complain for a second about this product, it's a lifesaver to me.
