I started using it as recommended by my niece. I had my right thumb operated on to make a new joint. I have noticed my nails are getting stronger and hair growing. It's too early for my joint as my cast just came off. The powder is tasteless and I recommend drinking it with room temp water if not using in a smoothie. It dissolves much better. I am on container #2. I plan on staying in it .

I got this because I was seeing it being used all over instagram and although it was expensive I wanted to see what the hype was. Originally I wanted to try it because I recently tore a muscle and wanted to see if this would do anything for my recovery. I haven’t noticed anything in that regard but soon after I started adding it to my yogurt and smoothies for breakfast I started getting moments from people about my skin looks amazing and asking what I was doing differently.
