Been using for a few months already. The most amazing change I experienced almost immediately after drinking collagen peptides with my smoothies every single morning. About a week in, my hand joint pain almost depleted. At this point, I no longer suffer from it. I' Noticed the growth of new hair around my hairline. I'm not losing hair like I used to. 3 months ago I suffered a horrible injury to my lower leg. Similar to a 3rd degree burn in damage, without the burn. I've only been taking Collagen Peptides for 2 weeks so I can't say I can see a big difference, yet. I will say it has increased my energy levels which I love! I fully intend to stick with this product for a few months to see if I experience more noticeable differences. Also, on another positive note, it is very easy to mix in to drinks and there is virtually no taste.

I have been experiencing low back pain from arthritis. My doctor told me to try this and give it at least 6 weeks to decide if it would help… After about 8 weeks of taking this I can definitely feel significant relief. The longer, thicker hair and long, strong beautiful nails are an added bonus. I just add a scoop to my morning coffee and don’t even know it’s there. Flavorless and no texture. Do Not, I repeat, do not expect this from the creamer!! Yuck

I started taking this product to help with my knees which had started to hurt more often then not. Not only has it helped my knees which I've always had issues with, but I've also noticed a lot of new growth in my hair as well. I will continue to use this product. I will say I find it dissolves better in warm or hot liquid so thats how I take it. Either in some coffee or in warm water with a little crystal light.

Great product - revise directions on top of new packaging. Once you get it open it’s fine - but I destroyed the lid thinking the ‘pinch rim & pull up’ with an arrow pointing to the inner rim meant to separate the top off and pull it up. If you went to all the expense to design new packaging,user test it first, and re-write the lid instructions. Do appreciate it’s more sustainable though and now I know how to open for the next one!

I recently purchased Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides and I noticed that the color is different. It now has more of a yellow color instead of white and the consistency is not as finely milled as my other purchases of this product. Additionally, it has caused me to have gastrointestinal issues. This happened within an hour of consuming it. I have never experienced this before. Has the formulation of this product changed? It definitely is not the same. What happened? Since it is now making me sick, I may have to discontinue using it. I really loved this product until now. BJS

I’ve been taking this for about a year. Didn’t really notice and feel the results for about 6 months. My nails are stronger and my hair has a noticeable difference. I feel less soreness in my joints when I run and I think all in all this product has made a difference in my life. Give it time and don’t give up. Seriously my nails were peeling and weak and my hair brittle....and that’s not the case anymore. I mix it in my coffee every day and I don’t notice the taste.
