I've been using this collagen for months and my knee pain is gone and I have new hair growth. My crows feet are fading, which to me is well worth getting my daily intake. i started slacking and boy am I seeing a difference. I'm a believer! I see negative comments about not being tasteless and people having a hard time consuming it. My thought is a few seconds of getting this down is well worth minimizing my crows feet. If your a coffee drinker, and use cream, put it in your coffee. It makes your coffee even creamier. I no longer drink coffee so I may put in my tea when I'm down to about a 1/4 of a cup or I'll warm a little pomegranate juice to get it down. Warm liquids definitely helps dissolve this better.

I purchased the collagen peptide packets, and I love them! They are easy to take with me wherever I go, and allow me to pour the powder into my drinks without a mess. Since using them, I can tell a difference in my skin's tone, elasticity, and glow. I love this product and will absolutely be buying it again!

I have been taking this product since 2017 and cannot suggest it enough! I absolutely love the fact that it is unflavored so it easily mixes into anything! I am consistently complimented on my hair and skin and nails since I started using it. Also, love that it contains Lysine, which helps for keeping cold sores at bay and helping heal them faster.

I started taking collagen and was really excited. I tried it in my coffee and it changes the flavor of it I put it in my water and I can smell and taste it - makes me gag. I can’t handle the taste at all. Not flavorless or “unflavored” as it advertises. I can’t take it or finish this bottle. Such a waste of money

Bad reviews on not mixing but I’ve found it to resolve well in my hot tea/water. I only use one scoop as there is a light “taste”. I’m also not sure if it’s this that is giving me a headache or one of other many things but I have noticed it past couple days. Will monitor and see.

The current batch of product is much more soluble and easy to mx. There are gradual improvements in overall skeletal and muscular functions. It took the consumption of 6 jars of product at 2 scoops/day to see some noticeable improvements, so I will continue to use it. The beef collagen found in the Gummi Coke Bottles manufactured in Turkey, at the rate of consumption of one bag per day for about 2 weeks gave dramatic results, but they are acidic and not good for the teeth, since they have to be chewed. I would look into isolating and studying the specific collagens in that particular product, from that specific source, since there may be structural differences in those collagens, and because additional proteinacious substances may be present.

I’ve been taking this for about two years, it’s worked wonders with me. On the one hand my hair has grown to chest length twice in 8 months after growing it out and cutting it to shoulder length and my nails have grown stronger faster and healthier, my skin feels more hydrated and plump and on a good day even glowing! On the other hand. I’ve always had to take hyaluronic acid supplements for my joints, I’ve had multiple acl tears on my knees and I had a bad car accident that displaced my vertebrae, and collagen peptides has been the best supplement, it helps with the stiffness and makes mobility in the humid and cold NYC Winter much better.

My day doesn't really begin until I've added two scoops of my Vital Protein to my hot cocoa. Knowing I am getting protein, goodies for my hair, nails and joints make me feel stronger; better equipped to get out there and be my best. I mix up my choices too; a little coconut creamer, perhaps a scoop of chocolate raspberry in my toasted coconut yogurt. It all makes me feel good, and isn't that a "vital" point in our life?!

I love the individual packets especially if you are traveling or on the go. No weird taste in my coffee so that is also a positive What I was disappointed by was that the collagen doesn't always dissolve in hot liquids and trying to get them open is not that easy even with the perforation at the top. Almost like they need to move it down a bit to open easier. It has burst open on several occasions, now I just use scissors which defeats the purpose of on the go packets. Unfortunately I will be going back to another brand.

I started taking this collagen after I was in a motorcycle accident, I broke my arm & had to have plates put in. I did not.like taking the pain meds, after lots of research i started taking this to reduce inflammation. Its been 4 months and I no longer need pain meds. It also has helped make my hair thicker and it has grown back from where I had staples put in my head. I recommend this to my mom who has arthritis in her knees and she says it has helped her as well. I will continue to recommend. Oh and my toes and finger nails have also turned a natural white color. Love this stuff and will continue to use.
