I bought this product about a month ago and I would never buy it again. I don't even think I can force myself to finish the one that I did purchase. The taste must be masked by very strong flavors such as in a large smoothie or something. I tried mixing this is lighter flavored liquids and the taste was so awful I nearly puked. It also has a strange artificial smell and does not dissolve properly. I have to use a spoon to smear it up the side of the bowl to eliminate chunks. So far no noticeable changes from taking it, sad this is not what I was expecting

I absolutely love Vital proteins collagen peptides. As someone who works out, I replaced sketchy protein powders with they're collagen and have had great results. My recovery time is remarkable- and not to mention my hair, skin, and nails look great.

I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures of my skin to show. I saw Emily Schromm talking about this and decided to give it a go for my skin mainly. My skin cleared up after ONE WEEK of putting it in my coffee in the mornings. The powder is completely flavorless and dissolves within seconds. I am absolutely amazed. I have not paid much attention to my hair, nail, or lashes because my skin was my main concern. I have tried everything since I started breaking out in my early 20s to get my skin as clear as it is now and I am now 26. Its been about a month and my skin is still just as clear. Don't get me wrong, I have had little baby pimples here and there BUT they go away quickly and do not take over my face, even when its my time of the month. I will continue putting this in my coffee every morning!

I'm not sure I am getting any benefits from Vital Proteins. First the taste of the Collagen is just horrible. I got the flavorless but when mixed with plain water is so bad I can't drink without gagging. Second the only effect I have seen is weight gain. I am tall and thin and work out 7 days a week. I am a distance runner. But with no other changes to diet and exercise I have been gaining weight over the past 3 weeks. Feeling very bloated. Is this normal? I'm ready to quit using between the taste and weight gain.

This stuff is amazing! After drinking it everyday for a few weeks, I’ve notice my hair is shiner. My skin is softer, and since I’ve lost a lot of weight, this has made my skin snap back nicely. My nails are also stronger and my acne has cleared up and my face is so much smoother ! Also, I mix this in with orange juice and I don’t taste a thing. This is a must have !

I am a first time buyer, I got the collagen peptides 3 weeks ago, I like it so far I can’t wait ito have it everyday to be able to see the results ASAP, I do notice that my nails grow faster though, so can’t wait to have it for a t least 6 months and see the wonders it claims to do. Didn’t give it. A5 star just because I didn’t get the free samples with my shipping as it says at checkout.

I really enjoyed this powder. I used it in my morning coffee, splitting the dose between 2 cups that I drink every morning. It mixes very well with hot liquid. It is kinda cool watching it dissolve. My hair and nails are much better, and I feel better after only using 1 large plastic tub. My only complaint was that I would get a small stomachache, but I am not sure this was the cause. I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN. I WILL STICK WITH THE REGULAR COLLAGEN PEPTIDES FROM VITAL.

This was recommended by my daughter who uses it daily. Since I started my hair feels softer and looks shinier. My nails are stronger, they don’t split as easily. I seem to have more energy and not be as hungry. I use one scoop a day in my morning tea. Will continue to use it.
