I purchased this product about 1 month ago and already notice my skin glowing and my face looking younger- crow's feet are now more like finch feet now ;) Also, not sure if it's a coincidence but I am not noticing post-workout fatigue or soreness as much .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product on April 29th. I am seeing a benefit to my skin already. I am in my late 50s. My skin has been super dry. This collagen has literally taken my eczema away and my psoriasis has almost disappeared. I did not buy this collagen for this benefit. I actually bought it for something else. But the dryness that has left my skin is probably 50%. It's huge I am so pleased. I am actually going to shave my legs and wear a dress. Half a scoop. My body is very sensitive to supplements. I did get a skin facial breakout the first week but then it went away and has not come back. I think my body was in shock. I am up to one scoop a day and it goes smoothly into my coffee no problem. After another week or so I will go up to 2 scoops a day. If you have old very dry skin or skin problems on your body I highly recommend this product. Thanks vital proteins !

After taking the Collagen for a few months, I noticed my nails becoming stronger. Sometimes it's hard to use the nail clippers on my nails. I am pleased with the quality of the Products and I am looking forward to trying some more of the Vital Proteins Products. Vandana

I've been using this product daily for years and years, stirring it into my coffee every morning. I adore the effect it has on my hair, skin and nails -- it's a regular part of my beauty routine. However, in the last 6 months or so, the quality of the product has noticeably declined. The powder itself has gone from snow-fine to a coarser texture with brown flecks in it. It used to dissolve in my coffee without a trace and add no flavor, but now it adds a noticeable musk and a gelatinous texture. The first time I received one of these lower-quality jars, I hoped I just got a weird batch. But I've continued ordering directly from the manufacturer, and consistently encountered the same problem. I'm not sure if there has been a change in manufacturing methods or if this is related to the Nestle acquisition or what, but it really has bummed me out! Before this quality change, I was a regular brand advocate with my friends and would've given a five-star review. Now that I've seen that this quality decline may be permanent, I don't feel comfortable recommending this product to people, at least not without a major caveat about the flavor and texture problems.

The peptides mix well with any beverage. I use it in my coffee.. no difference whatsoever. My husband uses it in an aloe comfort drink cold and a little thicker consistency.. it does clump but no taste or issue just stir a little more. No noticeable health benefits yet 2 weeks so far.

I have only been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and I already feel a difference in the fullness and health of my hair! The taste is very non intrusive in my beverages, and mixes easily if you immediately stir when you add the product. I am getting ready to order a second batch as I'm having to share it with my husband who likes it too.

I bought this a month ago, so it has not been that long. I mix it in my cold water canister and my hot tea. In the cold water, I add a bit of hot water with a scoop of the powder. Stir with a spoon and it completely dissolves clear , then I add cold water or ice. Same thing with my hot drink dissolve a scoop in hot water , once dissolved clear add more hot water and then tea bag. It has no flavor and I don’t smell anything. Very easy!

I love Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides! It dissolves in hot and cold drinks and foods& is practically flavorless. Sometimes I put it in something that's not very flavorful (ex. water/iced tea) and I can taste it slightly but I just try to add it into salad dressings, coffee, yogurt, smoothies, tuna salad, guacamole& anything else you want really! It does take a little longer to dissolve into things that are really cold but it will dissolve completely if you give it a few minutes& mix it really well. I have noticed a huge difference in my nails& skin since I began taking this! It's also great knowing I"m about half my daily protein with 2 scoops of this since I never really hit my recommended daily protein.

I received my first orser of Vital Proteins a few months ago and I was hooked. When I ran out, I noticed a huge a difference in my hair and skin. When I was first taking this, my skin looked plump and healthy and my hair looked great all the time. Love this stuff.

I am sad that I have had to discontinue using this product! I used it for three and half months and saw a noticeable difference in the feeling of my skin and my hair. My skin was softer and more supple and my hair also felt softer. Unfortunately, the supplement took a toll on my digestive system. While taking this, my stomach always had a heavy feeling, not full, but kind of bloated heavy feeling. I'm 5'4" and normally 124 lbs. While taking this supplement I was a solid 129-130. Not a huge difference in pounds, but a noticeable body change. My stomach protruded more than usual and I looked bloated. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to take my VP Collagen and I noticed my digestive system was more normal than it had been in a long time. I had always been a very regular person and over the course of the three and a half months I used this supplement, I found that it completely changed my regularity. I was uncomfortable and never felt like I was ever fully relieving myself, if that makes sense. Sad to no longer be able to use this because my skin and hair were feeling pretty great!
