I received my first orser of Vital Proteins a few months ago and I was hooked. When I ran out, I noticed a huge a difference in my hair and skin. When I was first taking this, my skin looked plump and healthy and my hair looked great all the time. Love this stuff.

I am sad that I have had to discontinue using this product! I used it for three and half months and saw a noticeable difference in the feeling of my skin and my hair. My skin was softer and more supple and my hair also felt softer. Unfortunately, the supplement took a toll on my digestive system. While taking this, my stomach always had a heavy feeling, not full, but kind of bloated heavy feeling. I'm 5'4" and normally 124 lbs. While taking this supplement I was a solid 129-130. Not a huge difference in pounds, but a noticeable body change. My stomach protruded more than usual and I looked bloated. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to take my VP Collagen and I noticed my digestive system was more normal than it had been in a long time. I had always been a very regular person and over the course of the three and a half months I used this supplement, I found that it completely changed my regularity. I was uncomfortable and never felt like I was ever fully relieving myself, if that makes sense. Sad to no longer be able to use this because my skin and hair were feeling pretty great!

I enjoy the product, its easily dissolvable in my morning coffee so it makes it super easy to take every day. Basically tasteless, its great to take it when I'm on the go and it has a lot of protein as well as collegen in one serving. I'm seeing good results in my hair and skin, I really would recommend this product

I haven't had enuf time to evaluate whether its helping my problem I do use the capsules - but break them apart and put the stuff in my coffee. The capsules are tough to swallow 6 at a time. I know you have powder, but think from things I have read that it can deteriorate on the shelf. Don't mind doing what I'm doing.

In love with this! I was taking it just to help my joints, but have noticed that my eyelashes are getting longer and fuller, too. It's said to help your hair and nails, but eyelashes were unexpected. Huge bonus!! This product has improved my day to day life significantly.

So far so good! I love the fact that there is no noticeable taste and it simply and easily dissolves into my coffee each morning! Makes it easy to incorporate this step in to my daily regime. I'm looking forward to seeing and feeling the results 90 days down the line!

I have been using this product for a few years and loved it. I recently purchased a new bottle and something is different. The power no longer dissolves like it used to and has a slight taste to it. I have noticed this batch doesn't help my nails at all, it actually is making them weaker and I have noticed a rash developing. I am not sure if there was a bad batch that went out or a new formula, however I am very disappointed.

I was using another brand from the locals vitamin store and Vital Proteins was recommended by someone in a women's group online. Her nails were insane after using it for a month. I ordered some and realized it was far superior. I do not taste it in my coffee or tea whatsoever. I have reordered twice and recommend often.
