I know a lot of people rave about collagen, but I've been taking 1-2 scoops per day for over 4 months and don't really notice any difference in my hair, skin, or nails. Since this product is not regulated by the FDA, I'm skeptical if the collagen is actually effective when ingested or if it is just another way for the meat industry to make a profit.

Its only been twice that I have consumed this product but truth be told - it is not tasteless be it hot or cold and it does not dissolve well in cold water. I am still trying to figure out what to mix it in because unlike what the description & the reviews say, it makes the beverage taste bad. I am yet to consume to mention effects.

By my second bottle I was able to see a visible difference in my skin, softer and smoother and I look younger! Kid you not! Total reset button. Now I make sure to get my 2 scoops in. It says taste less but in plain water there is a "taste" I don't mind but if it's an issue for you try with a juice or coffee.

I've been using collagen peptides for a couple of weeks. I like the effects so far, but the "unflavored" collagen peptides do have an unpleasant taste and they don't mix well with cold drinks. I'm learning as I go but I was a little disappointed with that factor.
