This product has given my knees new life. No more cracking or popping. Thank you. Just one question; the last order does not dissolve completely. It seems that there will be small clumps that will not dissolve .This happens every other shipment. Any ideas why? But I do know it has made a positive difference in my joints. Thank you!

I am a 53 y/o 5'3" Female at 183#. I was experience so much joint pain that I was on a daily dose of Aleve. After finishing my 1st tub 1 month later, I can say that my joint pain is non-existent! I have been able to get on my elliptical and as a result I have lost weight. I have more energy and my rosacea has not flared up. I add this to my daily coffee. It has no taste and dissolves perfectly. I had been on glucosamine chond. w/msm for 9 months and never had any relief. I really wanted all the benefits that I read in all the reviews. Unfortunately I have not noticed much difference with anything. Dont know if there is a difference in the capsules vs the power or not but might give the power form a chance before I give up .

I use collagen peptides daily in my morning coffee. It's completely flavorless and doesn't change the consistency of my coffee at all. My hair and nails appear to be stronger and grow faster and I'd like to think my skin is looking better as well. I love the protein boost in the morning. I have tried adding it to cold liquids and haven't found that it dissolves well, but in hot liquids its great.

I have never been successful with any sort of vitamin or supplement regimen for more than a few days in a row - but keeping this container where I make my coffee has been an instant gamechanger. I've added one scoop to my first cup of coffee every morning since it arrived. I'm only about three weeks in, and have not seen any major changes (I already have pretty strong nails, which I attribute to my *mostly* whole30 eating habits) but am hoping some scalp dryness might resolve itself with continued use? In any case, a good dose of protein in the morning that I remember to take consistently is worth it all by itself. Will definitely reorder!

A good friend was putting this in her coffee while we were staying with her. I enquired as to what it was and she told me she takes it for her hair, skin and nails. I said, I could use better hair, skin and nails so I ordered it. I suffer from arthritic hips and may need to have replacement surgery as I am in constant pain. I started taking this for my hair, skin and nails and within a few days, my hip pain decreased by over 50%! I didn't believe it at first but have kept it up and yes, my hip pain has diminished greatly! I will eventually still need the surgery but it is now not a rush as I can function better than before taking it! I now have my husband taking it as well!

Was so excited to try this but after 2 months of faithfully taking 2tbs daily I don’t see a huge difference in my hair,nail & skin quality. I have noticed more gassiness & bloating too. I’ll probably give it 1 more month or until I’m finished with the last cylinder.

Love the Collagen and Peptide powder. I put 1 to 2 scoops in my Gatorade and taste is good. At first you could taste it, but since I’ve been using the unflavored powder, I don’t taste anything. People that I work with see a change in my face, that it is clear and brighter. My Rosacea is gone. Love this drink powder
