I have been using this for a month and a half - two scoops in my coffee each morning and a scoop or two in my water throughout the day. It seems to dissolve better in hot water than in cold water, but it does dissolve in cold as well - just takes a little longer. I've noticed less joint discomfort and improved hair and skin. I just purchased the strawberry lemon and love that one too!

In black tea or black coffee, I do not taste this powder. I think there a tiny bit more body in the tea, and not noticeable at all in my black coffee. Always hard for me to notice benefits like “lines the gut”. I don’t have joint pain so I can’t review it’s efficacy there.

I tried this product at my friends house and it worked amazing with my coffee in the morning. She then got me a packet one on the go as a gift for my birthday and I must say I am highly disappointed. After I put it in my coffee, it clumped up so bad I could barley drink through a straw. I was ready to order a monthly subscription but I have doubts now. Did the formula change????

I have been a loyal customer for over six years, and now that you have added ascorbic acid and hyaluronic acid I can no longer buy your product. I am SO disappointed. When this was ONE simple ingredient it was one of the only safe protein powders on the market for people who have allergies and sensitivities to corn. It was repeatedly recommended in all of the corn allergy groups (over 10,000 members). Now this product could cause anaphylaxis and other health issues for people in this community. I am so disappointed. You have just lost a piece of your market by adding these ingredients, and I beg you to reconsider and go back to having ONE high quality ingredient. Simplicity in food products = more accessibility. Why mess with that? Sincerely, One very sad former customer.

I am so pleased with my subscription to Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. Enjoy seeing that blue box every month in the mail and can defiantly feel a difference with my body that it is helping my joints. I have 2 scoops a day, first one in my morning coffee with some MCT oil and then in the evening when I am enjoying a cup of turmeric or peppermint tea and some squares of dark chocolate. Thank you for the good quality collagen. I look forward to trying some of the other products in the future. I give some of the individual sticks to friends for them to try because I rave about it all the time.

I put one scoop in my 64 ounce gallon and drink all day long. I can do more but I choose to do one scoop. I've been taking Vital Proteins for several years, but will no longer do so. The packaging is insane for someone in their 70's with arthritis in their hands! I read the directions to open, but I'm not strong enough to open this cardboard canister. Will have to switch to another brand.
