I'm supposed to eat a high protein died and have a hard tine getting the amount of protein each day that doctors recommend. I put a couple scoops in my coffee each morning and get 40 gm of protein first thing in the morning. It dissolves better than any other product I've tried, with no taste.

i love this product, but would love it way more if it was sold in a bag as opposed to a plastic tub. the lids aren't recyclable in portland, oregon, a place known for its environmental consciousness, so i'm sure it's even harder to recycle them elsewhere. please consider making this product in a bag to decrease the amount of waste created. i was going through one of these per month & donating the tubs to a local reuse program, but i've recently switched to a lower quality collagen supplement that is in a resealable bag.

I wanted to try this for a month or two to see what effects I would have. Well my nails grew like crazy. They grew thicker as well even in the first two weeks. So obviously my hair grew and my teenager's hair grew even faster. But the biggest surprise was my skin. I looked at my arms and legs and the crepey skin is drastically reduced. At least by 50%. I was not expecting that. All this in about two months. I mix it in herbal tea. It does dissolve well.

I've been taking this product for over a year now. I have to take it! I feel great, my skin looks great, and for some reason it curves my hunger. It is one of those products that you incorporate in your daily life. Mine? A daily serving in my coffe every morning! :)

I am on my 3rd container of this wonder product. I take 2 scoops with either coffee or smoothie (for a total of 20mg) daily along with my beauty gummies (also made by Vital Proteins) and I must say that there is a substantial difference in the texture of my skin. Also the strength and length of my hair and nails is remarkable! I have also noticed that my joints are not so stiff in the morning when I am trying to exercise. Love it! A must try!!

Was deciding between the capsules and the powder, looked to be the same product just in different form. But capsules had much less collagen and no hyluronic acid or vitamin c. Total servings per bottle were also confusing and 12 per day was serving size for capsules!

I started using this product out of pure desperation. Perimenopause has impacted my once beautiful nails. They were peeling, splitting, and were paper thin. After just 4 weeks of taking one scoop a day in my morning coffee, I could really see an improvement. Now my nails feel much stronger and have stopped peeling. This product has been a game changer for me. Initially purchased it to help with my hair after a terrible experience with extension ruining my hair. However, prior to my hair issue I had terrible stomach aches resulting in sever bloating and unexplained weight gain (6lbs) and thought I was allergic to milk or gluten. I started mixing the collagen into my hot coffee and my stomach issues almost immediately went away. Within 2 weeks I have lost the unexplained weight and back to feeling like myself. On top of the collagen I take hair skin and nail vitamins so my hair and nails have never looked better. Skin almost immediately looked and felt smoother, brighter and more plump. Dark circles under my eyes went away. I will be a life long customer and tell everyone about this product.

I’ve been taking collagen peptides for about 6 months now and the biggest difference is my skin. My skin used to be so dry all the time. I had to put cream on several times during the day, now my skin doesn’t need cream all day anymore. It’s soft, moisturized. It has been a wonderful addition to my diet!
