My nails are finally growing. I keep them short, but before - I couldn't get any length on my nails at all. I've been taking Vital Proteins for about 5 months now, it's really helping! I think it's helping my hair too, but I can't the obvious different like i can with my nails. I always add to a bottle of water, add in a little flavor, and get my day going.

Taking this product daily has really improved my skin. I have been adding this daily to my coffee in the morning. I can't even tell that I have added anything to my coffee, but know all the benefits I am getting. I originally started taking this because I read that Jennifer Aniston uses this. I am so glad that I have added this to my daily routine. I feel like I am glowing !

I've been using this for about 1 month. I don't mind it but to be honest I don't see nor feel much of a difference. The taste doesn't bother me either, I will purchase another one because I think that for you to see the results you may need a few months as suppose to 1 so far.

I used to lose a handful of hair every time I shampooed. I first tried this product at one scoop a couple times/wk and it did nothing. At my friends' insistence, I decided to try 2 scoops/day, EVERY day. After about 5 days my hair stopped falling out in the shower. What a pleasure! It really works! Completely flavorless and odorless.

Since I started collagen I have noticed my skin looking smoother/younger. My nails are growing faster. I think there may be some effect on my hair but I have not been using it long enough to say for sure. There is no flavor and I definitely recommend stirring it into a hot drink not cold. It makes it so much easier to just stir in and have it dissolve rather than clump. I'm amazed that I can not even tell it is in my coffee or tea.

I've been using the collagen peptides for over a year and love them. I put a scoop in my coffee in the mornings and helps give me energy and keep me feeling full. I'm a runner and was having a lot of knee pain and since using the collagen regularly the pain has gone away. There is s slight smell that I noticed when I first stared using the product but I got used to it over time and now can't imagine my coffee without it!

I started using the collagen peptides in August of 2017, 2 scoops a day about 4-5 days a week. About 2 months ago I notice my hair seemed thicker when I squeezed the water out after washing it and when I used a small clip to pin it up, the clip was much tighter. Also, I have a toenail that was damaged via a fungal infection and gave me constant pain. Over the past couple of months I've had no pain and the toenail is much less brittle and I feel like it is due to the collagen peptides. As a result of these benefits I've upped my intake to 3 scoops every day. I'm a personal trainer and started taking collagen peptides for my joint health. I will NEVER stop using this product!

I haven't been using this long enough to know whether it is beneficial for my hair, skin, and nails. I do know, however, that it does not dissolve well in anything other than hot liquids. Additionally, it does have a flavor regardless of "unflavored" claims, making it not so enjoyable in my tea.
