I have been using collagen peptides for about five years and it has helped with my joints. Two years ago I started using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. It is tasteless, and disolves completely in my morning coffee - so easy to take. Since then I have seen noticable improvement in my hair and skin.

Been using for 2 years and my hair is so healthy and thick. My stylist told me she sees a difference since I started using collagen - I will keep using. My nails have always been healthy now I have to go more often because my nails are growing faster than normal

the collagen mixes well in my coffee no clumps and no taste however the packaging is awful. if they want to make packaging like this then they should offer the original packaging and offer packaging like this as a refill they also had no scoop. terrible packaging hard to open not good for travel I'm talking about in the car I'm not a plane because it can easily be smashed. like I said it would be great if they would offer the original packaging with the scoop and use this sort of packaging as a refill for your previous container.

I have a tub of your Vital Protein here, and I noticed a hair in it. I’ve been seeing black specks, and today I saw this hair. It’s probably a rat hair. I don’t have coarse black hair, nor does anyone in my family. I’m the only one using this product. As a consumer, I’m disgusted and overwhelmed that you can get away with poor quality control. Supplements have no governing body to ensure their safety for consumers. You keep raking in the profits while exploiting our desire to be healthy. You could ground up concrete and sell it as a wonder supplement, and we wouldn’t know the difference. Whole Foods people!

I love the product. The packaging is impossible. Thankfully I saved my old "plastic" container so that once I have manhandled the new packaging open, I can pour it into my old container. If not, I would find another product. Y'all should call Quaker Oats... they have been doing cardboard for ages with a very easy, consumer friendly (even a child can do it) opening system.

I'm not a fan of this container but love the product. I've been using it for nearly nine months. Thicker hair; stronger nails; and much less joint pain. I put two heaping tablespoons in my morning coffee and that's it. Works so well for me, I even travel with it, domestic and international. As for this cardboard container, I just poured it into the sturdy plastic container I started with nine months ago.

I've been ordering this product for years but the packaging changed to cardboard and it's Very Difficult to open. You need the hand width and strength of a basket player to open it. Once open, the lid does not stay securely shut. New container is a bad design.

The description of this product on the Sam’s Club website is confusing. The description in the details tabs says “Boasts hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, powerhouse ingredients that provide glowing wellness.” However, the label on canister in the photo does not list vitamin C or hyaluronic acid. It is my understanding that these ingredients are in the “advanced” version of the product. It is more costly and is not sold at Sam’s Club. Both formulas are good, but it is confusing for the consumer.

I love the product. I drink it in the morning with some hot water and a packet of crystal light. I have noticed improvement in my joints, hair and nails. Plus it helps me get the protein in that I need as well. Everyone’s complaining about the packaging. And yes, I prefer the canister packaging that they used to have. But it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Instead, I opened the package with a pair of scissors and pour it into a cute container.

Discontinued Scoop! Happy with product and its benefits. However, manufacturer has discontinued including the scoop for the product. I had already finished my previous container, so I was not able to save it for future use. Not that big of a deal, but just not sure I’m getting the proper daily dosage using a spoon. I’m sure a providing a scoop is not financially hurting the manufacturer and feel this was a bad move on their part.
