I have been taking this for about a year. It did take about 2-3 months to start to see results with my hair and it’s growing longer but I really can’t tell as far as the thickness. My nails started growing fast within a week! I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.

I’ve been using this collagen powder for a few months now. I put one scoop in my coffee every morning (usually two scoops daily - 2 cups of coffee daily). I feel it has definitely helped with my hair, nails, and now shows well in my yearly bloodwork - I have excellent Vitamin D levels.

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides powder for a few years now, one scoop in my morning coffee. I've noticed an improvement in my nails and skin. Probably doing some good in strengthening my hair. It's a good buy when it goes on sale. Seemed kind of silly that VP decided to forego the scoop in their newer version though.

Have used this product for several years. It's sad to say but I have decided to no longer purchase it. All because of the new cardboard opening. I have struggled with it the last few times, but this time I had to cut it open. I am a senior and I can't pull it open.

As i get older, i noticed my skin is losing elasticity, my nails won't grow as fast or strong as the used to and my hair doesn’t have the natural shine so i tried this product based on a friends recommendation. It scoops easily and stays dry in the container to the end. I get the "unflavored" but there is definately a subtle tasts. I add 2 scoors to my coffee in the morning and adds thickness and milky taste. After a year of daily use, i do notice some changes, hair not as dull, nails grow slow buy a bit stronger and skin is, well, skin. Since i feel some benefits, i will continue to use it unless i find the fountain of youth. Thanks!
