We love this product but they changed the carton to paper instead of plastic. When it was delivered smashed and half the powder was in the box. We had to return it to our local store. Please use someone other than FedEx for delivery, they are the worst.

For the first time, I am actively evaluating alternatives due solely to the added complexity. This is not a personal inconvenience. It is a leading indicator of broader customer behavior. I stress-tested this perspective across a relevant, high-density network of your target demographic. The response was immediate and overwhelmingly negative. Approximately 97 percent expressed dissatisfaction with the change. This audience mirrors your core market across major metropolitan regions in the United States and Europe. This level of alignment in feedback is not incidental. It is a clear market signal. This outcome points to a breakdown at the leadership level. Sustainability, product development, and consumer insight functions are not operating in alignment. Either customer behavior was not properly understood, or it was deprioritized in decision-making. Both scenarios represent a failure in governance. The commercial risk is immediate. You are introducing switching behavior into a category where convenience is a primary driver of retention. Once disrupted, these habits are difficult to win back. Competitors offering equivalent quality with superior usability will capture this movement quickly. This is not a long-term risk. It is already in motion. Course correction is not optional. It requires urgent reassessment of the design decision, grounded in actual customer behavior, not theoretical sustainability gains. I only gave this recent purchase of Vital Proteins Callagen Peptides Powder, Unflavored 24oz just three stars because of the new packaging. It is horrible. I want containers that I can seal completely against moisture and possibly insects. Fortunately I have the last container and transfered the contents of the new container to my older container. I understand the desire to reduce plastics but there has to be a better way than this new cardboard. The product itself is excellent and a great way to add additional protein to my diet. Newer packaging is not always better. Pictured is the old container.

3 Stars because I like the collagen but they recently updated the packaging and its awful! Plus you no longer get the scoop. Thank goodness I saved mine and a previous plastic container so I can use it, but as you can see, no change in price for all of this reduced expense they use to incur. all the extra money goes to them and we as the consumer see no reduction.

Excellent source of quick and easy source of protein. 12 grams! I add to my morning tea, stir and drink. Tasteless, mixed quickly. Been using 4 3 years. I stopped using a few times, but always feel better- energized, hair & nails do better. No more starting and stopping. Works great!

I don’t really know why people are complaining about the packaging. Once you do it once you figured it out and it’s pretty easy. I like that they’re not using plastic anymore. This protein dissolves easily into my morning coffee and doesn’t have a taste. I would say it’s pretty perfect.

I have been using collagen peptides for about five years and it has helped with my joints. Two years ago I started using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. It is tasteless, and disolves completely in my morning coffee - so easy to take. Since then I have seen noticable improvement in my hair and skin.

I love the product and have been using it for years. I can really tell a difference in my hair and joints when taking it consistently. I do not like the new packaging. The old plastic tub with the scooper was so nice. Now you do not get a scooper and the packaging is cardboard.

Great product. I like that it mixes easily and has no taste. I have noticed since I began using this product, my hair is stronger and healthier. I add it to my morning coffee and it mixes completely and doesn't leave residue in the cup. It is smooth and the unflavored powder doesn't ruin my coffee!!!

This collagen powder mixes up beautifully in my morning coffee and doesn’t change the taste of it at all. I think it helps with my hair growth after having Covid. My skin is more hydrated and smooth after using this. I believe it makes the arthritis in my hands and also my weak knee much better.
