Apparently many commenters don't have opposable thumbs! I'm on my second container and didn't have a problem following the instructions or opening either one of them. I guess I'm highly evolved. I like the sustainable packaging and would rather deal with that than microplastics. The powder dissolves easily in hot liquids and doesn't have a flavor. If anything it adds a slight creaminess. I'll definitely continue to use it!

Have to destroy the lid to get to product. Thankfully I saved my last plastic cannister so I manage to (unsafely) use a knife to destroy the lid, then dump into the plastic cannister. Please fix this issue. I'm all about recycling, but this is unsafe and ridiculous.

I originally bought this to use as a protein powder, since I can't consume dairy and other dairy free protein powders I had tried had a strong, unpleasant taste. This powder mixes easily into coffee, but there is definitely a taste. I think 3 tbsp in one cup would be borderline undrinkable, but I usually do 2 tbsp in my first cup then 1 tbsp in the next and the taste doesn't bother me (but my partner can only do 1 tbsp per cup, otherwise the taste is too strong for them). I drink it daily and the biggest observable change after a year has been my hair growth--it's growing faster and thicker than it's ever been. Friends have noticed and they have even bought it to try. I also think my skin has benefitted, and my knees hurt less from exercise. It is expensive, but I find it worth it, it's the only protein powder I've been able to use consistently.

I just bought this for the first time a few days ago. I don't have anything to compare it to as I have never used collagen before but the container was easy to open. I had no problems when following the instructions. I was a little leary about the taste but there was no odor when opened and the powder dissolved well in my coffee. I couln't taste it or even tell it was in my coffee. I only put half in one cup and then the second cup had the other half. (Just BC I wasn't sure if it would mix. No problem mixing at all.) I am willing to try this to see if it helps my hair loss and joint stiffness. If it helps, I will put my husband on this too.

Peptides crushed by heavier items in delivery; lid of container came off and powder all over inside of shipping box. This used to be a plastic container, it is now made of flimsy cardboard - VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not be buying again unless they bring back the sturdier packaging. Requested refund.

So far so good! I am thrilled that you changed the packaging for your product. Last summer I specifically ordered 6mos worth from another company simply because of your plastic container packaging. I've read several negative reviews about the new packaging and it is different but once you get one open successfully, it's super easy. Maybe you should shoot a quick video with a demo of how to open these containers and tie it to a QR code that accompanies the order.

I love this product. People frequently guess me at more than 10 years younger than my chronological age. My skin is beautiful. I add it to my coffee every morning. No taste and not grit. It literally disappears. Additionally, I love the fact that the packaging is so eco-friendly!! The first time, it was tricky to open. Now it is easy-peasy. It stays firmly closed and is easy to open every morning. Then, I can pop it right in the recycling or my compost.

Lost product due to new container. I appreciate the desire to reduce exposure to plastics, but the lid was difficult to open and then was pushed down into the canister. It is not a solid lid and when I grabbed the can and dropped it, I lost a lot of the product. Maybe there is a better design out there??

I am a first time user. I like the packaging. However a little more instruction on opening it would have been helpful, perhaps pictures! I got the unflavored and really like the way it dissolved in my morning coffee. I need to get more protein in each day and this works great.
