Love this product! I've been putting a scoop in my coffee every morning for about 6 months. Has a helped with the joint pain in my knees. Taking this instead of Glucosamine Chrondroitin has not only kept my knees pain free but also seen improvement in my skin.

Ever since they were bought by Nestle apparently their formulas and standards have changed - or at least that’s what I’ve found published in various articles. **This use to be 100% tasteless.** Now it’s awful smelling and makes everything have a somewhat bitter and possibly even orange (not in a good way) flavor. Returning the news ones. Really disappointed.

This review is not on the powder itself, but on why would they not include a scooper? Makes no sense. My previous collagen had a scooper in it and was very convenient since I'm always on the go when I take the collagen. I don't have time to take a scale out and weigh out 20g of collagen. I ordered online, so I wasn't aware that it doesn't come with a scooper. Maybe when they add a scooper, I will buy it again, but for now, I'll have to purchase my collagen elsewhere.

I’ve been using your product for years and I love it however I don’t love the new packaging. It’s almost impossible to open. Can you change the opening without causing all the frustration? Cardboard is fine but definitely needs a better way to open! Thanks for considering.

I started using this about eight months ago because someone told me it would help with my thinning hair. I didn’t have high hopes because I’ve tried so many things but to my surprise, I could tell within one month I stopped losing hair. it was great taking showers again not seeing So much hair falling out.

Apparently many commenters don't have opposable thumbs! I'm on my second container and didn't have a problem following the instructions or opening either one of them. I guess I'm highly evolved. I like the sustainable packaging and would rather deal with that than microplastics. The powder dissolves easily in hot liquids and doesn't have a flavor. If anything it adds a slight creaminess. I'll definitely continue to use it!

I have a tub of your Vital Protein here, and I noticed a hair in it. I’ve been seeing black specks, and today I saw this hair. It’s probably a rat hair. I don’t have coarse black hair, nor does anyone in my family. I’m the only one using this product. As a consumer, I’m disgusted and overwhelmed that you can get away with poor quality control. Supplements have no governing body to ensure their safety for consumers. You keep raking in the profits while exploiting our desire to be healthy. You could ground up concrete and sell it as a wonder supplement, and we wouldn’t know the difference. Whole Foods people!

Something has really changed with this powder! It has a nasty taste now and it will not dissolve all the way in my coffee and leaves nasty stuff all in my cup! What happened?! I used to use this every day! I hope it is a bad batch and they have not changed the product!!

New packaging is terrible and cheap! I ordered online and received the cheap recycled container. Not worth the buy for me as it basically bends in when you grab it and it didn’t come with scoop. Too is flimsy it’s just terrible! Great product but terrible container.

Even though I have been using VP for a few years now with mostly positive results. I had a batch that tasted off , and you resolved by replacing. Thank you. My issue now is the new packaging. I am a big believer in sustainable packaging and reducing plastics. However this just doesn’t work.My husband had to get pliers to pull open the tab with my holding the container. We are mature active adults and couldn’t believe it. Please consider reworking the process. I may consider using a different brand and not go thru this. Thank you.
