We use it in our coffee, iced or warm tea and even milkshakes. It does not add flavor to what you are eating or drinking.

I have been using for about a month. I really don't see benefits yet. But it mixes in smoothies well, and no funky taste. I'll continue to use.

I noticed my hair and nails are stronger and grow faster. Recovering from workouts seem quicker on this product.

I don’t know why they changed from a plastic container to cardboard but once you open it there’s no way to close it.
