I've been using it for about 6months now and I noticed most benefit after about 3 months. My nails got stronger, hair got thicker and grows faster and skin got so much better and smoother. I’ve been using the original collagen peptides for about three years. I always use it in my coffee and now I find that it clumps and a film forms on top of the coffee. I opened two containers and had this happen with both. I threw it out and Will not buy this again.

Hey folks, I witnessed a friend of mine who owns a CrossFit gym posting what he was eating, which included collagen peptides in the coffee I believe.
