I have been using Collagen Peptides for over a year and love the product as I’ve noticed a considerable different in my skin texture. However, upon buying a new container this time I suspect something has changed. The powder was not as fine, didn’t dissolve as well in my coffee (how I always consume it), and the container seemed less full than it usually is. I was a bit disappointed, but will continue to purchase as I am a fan of the product results.

Hi! It's hard to know what to think of a product like collagen. It's one of those things that I have really no idea if it's doing what it's "supposed" to do, because I don't feel any different. I can say that I do like how easily it dissolves and that it doesn't have a flavor.

To make sure how it worked for me, I stopped taking any other supplements or vitamins. I've been suffering from joint pain for about six months. My right hand and fingers were in pain all the time and at night my hand would get contracted. I could hardly open my hand and making a fist was painful. I started taking the vital Proteins collagen peptides and within a week, I felt the change on my hand. I have no pain . I was so excited and I decided to order to recieive it automatically.

Such an easy way to add protein and collagen to your diet. I mix one scoop to each cup of coffee in the morning. Mixes easily into hot liquid and can’t taste the difference. My nails and hair have never looked bettee - growing in length and strength.

I just don't see the results that many of your reviewers claim. I wish I did, but I don't. I'll keep taking it, with my fingers crossed, but I'm not as optimistic as I was when I first started using it. I don't know exactly when I'll stop using Vital Proteins and try another collagen product instead. Any tips, suggestions, or thoughts are welcome. Thanks, David G

I used to love this collagen powder mixed in my morning/evening tea but the new formula has an off-putting taste that ruins every beverage I put it in and no scoop. I discovered this change months ago and then went out and bought several tubs without the little blue banner under the cap because those were manufactured before the change. They also still have the scoop in them. I am still using them but when they're gone in a couple of months I will have to look for another brand. I agree with many of the comments here that eliminating the scoop was a bad idea. It is alienating customers and other brands still have the scoop. You are not fooling anyone, there are compostable plastics now, you didn't have to eliminate the scoop. It is no wonder so many reviews since the change are bad and refer to the taste and the missing scoop. This company should get a clue. I see that they are marketing the product aggressively in markets near me. Maybe they are worried. Instead of doing that improve the taste and give us back the scoop.

Absolutely love this product I felt like I saw a difference in my nails especially right away. Only thing I dislike is the smell and taste of this product if it is mixed in something like water you’re gonna get a weird taste along with a thicker feel. If you put it in something really hot it’s going to smell horrible and taste even worse. The way I find that I have no problems with is in a smoothie. I use sweetened vanilla almond milk, (or whole milk if I’m out of almond) 1/2 a banana, peanut butter, and or Nutella for a hint of chocolate. Other than that the product does what it says it’s going to do so I have no complaints other than the taste really that’s why I gave it 5 stars.

Ive been using this powder now for awhile! And I SEE a difference in my skin and FEEL a major positive change in my joints and overall wellness. I urge all ages to try this for at least a month or so. I am a huge supporter of this powder and tell as many people about it that I can. I use this in a fruit smoothie daily. Once I finish my old container, Im very excited to try the new packaging! My family has committed to as little plastic as possible. I have been using collagen for years but this particular brand has been the best so far. Easy to add in any type of food. Dissolves well and tasteless.
