I’m just if finishing up about two months taking these collagen peptides, at 43 my skin was starting to look a bit dull, and starting to see some wrinkles more pronounced. I haven’t noticed it do much for my wrinkles but one unexpected benefit is that it has tremendously helped my acne! I Have had hormonal acne for over twenty years and now my skin breaks out much less and is less red overall with more even tone and texture, this benefit alone is enough for me to keep taking this.

This product may be unflavored as in they did not add any extra flavor into it. But the product itself tastes and smells horrendous. I was gagging on the last few sips. And I put it in a very sweet fruit juice thinking it would hide the taste. And also is very clumpy and does not mix well. A lot of people have been saying that it is not the same product that it used to be

I use vital proteins collagen peptides everyday. I put it in my protein shake for some extra protein and added health benefits. It dissolves and has no flavor. I’ve seen Great improvement in my nail growth/strength and hair as well as clearer/tighter skin from using this for the last year which is an added bonus!

Been using for a few months already. The most amazing change I experienced almost immediately after drinking collagen peptides with my smoothies every single morning. About a week in, my hand joint pain almost depleted. At this point, I no longer suffer from it. I' Noticed the growth of new hair around my hairline. I'm not losing hair like I used to. I don't see difference in my nails. They still break easily and are thin. But I take what I can. I recommend it to my sister and she is so excited with the benefits she have gained.

I have to give this two stars, inspite of loving the product, because of their new packaging, which makes it an inconvenient mess to use. I love the concept of conservation and using biodegradable packaging, but this does not WORK! There is no way (and my husband is in construction and very handy) to open this package without annihilating the cardboard top and rendering it useless to properly contain the contents. Please either go back to plastic or rethink the design. It's not fair to consumers who put their hard-earned money into supporting you.

This collagen dissolves so easily into my morning coffee. I have tried other brands, but find that this one does the best job in terms of not clumping up. I have not noticed any residual taste after adding to my coffee, and it still dissolves even with the addition of creamer! I have already noticed an improvement in the thickness of my hair. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase!

In case you missed it...MY HAIR STOPPED FALLING OUT!!! I am 52F and for years I have been losing wads of hair every time I shampoo. Today after 3 weeks of 2 scoops a day I can report that a single strand of my very long hair was found. Not 100. One. And the eczema that has plagued me for years has improved by about 70%. I bought this a couple of years ago and loved it! I saw a difference in my skin and hair. Hard times happened so I stopped my subscription, now all is good and the biggest thing I noticed this time around is my knees are no longer killing me!! I even went to the doctor for my knees and was diagnosed with arthritis and still nothing worked. Now taking two scoops of this daily, my knees are so much better!!!
