Initially, this gave me stomach cramps and major bloating when I took two scoops. Everyone on the customer service end was very nice and helpful. I take half a scoop in the morning and half a scoop in the evening now with zero side effects. Hopefully I can work up to two full scoops over time! I’m seeing amazing nail and hair and skin results on even one scoop a day and look forward to more benefits!

After a major surgery with major complications and sepsis, I began losing my hair in large chunks. I panicked. I had been taking Biotin and I couldn't tell if it was really doing anything...my nutritionist had stated that collagen wouldn't help and said it can actually work against my diet plan, but I was desperate so I purchased this product. I've noticed that my hair loss has slowed down though I'm told that hair loss from the trauma of surgery and illness will eventually dissipate without supplements so I don't know if its this product or not that has helped. I feel it really can't hurt me to continue taking it for at least awhile. I purchased this product and the lavender flavor beauty collagen and I prefer the unflavored variety. This product dissolves better in hot liquid, but it will break down in cold liquid too, it's just a lengthy process. I cannot simply add the collagen into a glass or bottle that I plan on drinking right away b/c it clumps, but if I add it to a cold drink and set it in the refrigerator overnight, it is completely dissolved in the morning. This product truly is unflavored.

I love this Collagen Powder, my skin and hair have transformed. I had a recent severe sunburn and using this powder made my skin heal faster & with no damage or scars left behind. I use it every day in my coffee, it mixes extremely well. I will continue my subscription and give a huge thank you for this product

I am nearly through with my second container and honestly I’m not noticing a huge difference with my hair, skin or nails. I’ve used 2 scoops daily mixed with coffee or hot tea. On the plus side, there is no taste and the powder mixes well in my hot beverage.

I want to like it, but cannot get over the unfavorable taste. It does not dissolve in well at all in my coffee or hot tea. I can taste it and it does not taste well at all. I am going to have to cancel my subscription as I cannot get past the bad taste.

I started to take Vital Protein because of my weak nails and also to strengthen my hair. So far I've enjoyed the product and do see an improvement in my nails. I especially like the fact that the supplement is flavorless, it makes it easy to use in any smoothie.

I am almost 4 weeks in taking 2 scoops of Vital Protein Collagen Peptides a day and can't believe how amazing I feel. It took about 3 weeks to realize THIS IS WORKING. My hair is full and thick and I have cut my nails twice already. I love lifting weights but hate the joint pain that comes with it. I am an avid exerciser and eat very well, and this supplement is allowing me to go bigger and feel stronger. Every day my husband will notice a new change - "honey, your lines in your forehead are fading." Last night at dinner he said "Your neck looks so beautiful, the lines are GONE." I've only used this product for one month can tell a HUGE difference in my nail strength!! I do one scoop in plain water about 8oz, mix it and let it sit for about one min then chug it it's not 100% tasteless but it's not bad at all defiantly doable for the results !

I’ve been using Vital proteins for over a year. I tried another brand and didn’t see same results. I especially like it comes from grass fed pasture raised cows. I definitely notice stronger nails and hair and youthful appearance. I rarely do reviews but if i see results I want others to know. Also Dr.Berg keto doc takes it too. So I know its good!!

So glad that I finally purchased this product! It blends so nicely into my veggie juices as well as my smoothies. My college age daughter loved it so much she took the canister back to college with her to put into her super smoothies. Thank you for creating a terrific product. Now I have to order more for home!
