I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for almost two years. It dissolves easily into my morning coffee, without adding any weird flavor. The lady I entrust with my haircare says my hair grows faster than most of her other clients and has much less damage than other color treated clients! My nails are also almost 2x thicker than they were, which says a lot, I have always had thin and brittle nails.

I've been using this product for a few weeks now. I started using it to help with joint issues. I've noticed my nails becoming healthier and increased new hair growth. I've noticed some improvement with certain joint issues, but longer use will be a better tell for complete effectiveness. I put two scoops each morning in a regular size cup of coffee. It dissolves completely when stirred and there is zero taste or smell to it. I'm excited to see what happens with longer use!

I was skeptical in the past of collagen supplements, but after doing some research and looking at available clinical data on the benefits, I decided to start incorporating it into my diet. I selected Vital Proteins at the recommendation of a relative who is a physician. It has now been about a month since I began mixing it with whey protein in my morning coffee. I am impressed with how well it blends (not too clumpy or sticking to the bottom of the cup). I purchased an unflavored product, but now would like to try some of the other options. So far, I have not noticed a marked improvement in my skin, but I may have noticed some subtle changes in that my skin seems more well-hydrated. As a runner, I also hope it will increase bone density (over time) and help with overall strength.

I have been using this original collagen peptides unflavored for about 4 months. I can honestly tell you I have noticed a huge change in my skin. Healthier younger looking skin. My skin is glowing. Nails growing strong. I haven’t noticed much change for my hair. I love this product. I put it in my coffee every morning. Mixes well. Can’t even taste it in your coffee. I have been using this collagen for years and would never change brands. It is extremely high quality and Vital Proteins is 100% transparent about sourcing and the cows used to make it. It works so well however you want to use it: hot beverages, cold beverages, baked goods, etc. It dissolves great in hot liquids and you can't taste it at all! Makes your coffee a little creamy, too! My gut health, skin, nail strength and recovery time is much better when I'm taking my collagen. I have it every morning in my coffee and it's my favorite part of the day. Highly recommend.
