It truly has no taste or smell (which I cannot say for another brand I purchased and couldn't even use because it smelled so horrible). It dissolves easily and completely in my coffee and doesn't change the taste or texture (I haven't tried it yet in cold liquids). I haven't been using it long enough yet to be able to really notice all of it's benefits, but my hair seems to be growing faster and that is the main reason I started using this product.

Extremely disappointed in the new formula and in this company for not educating their customers who have subscriptions on the changes they made to the product. If I'm subscribed to a product, I deserve to know when something has changed before the next autofulliment is placed. Subscription is now canceled. No amino acid profile is listed on the container anymore. New formula no longer dissolves in coffee and has a strange taste. A cow is now on the container which doesn't even match the marketing photos. Overall disappointing.

I'm horrible at taking supplements but this is something I absolutely don't forget to take. Dissolves in coffee perfectly and doesn't taste weird. I've been taking this for over a year and the results are amazing. I smashed my pointer finger in the car door and broke half the nail two months ago. The nail is almost restored. Normally I have very brittle finger nails and hair. Because of these amazing products my nails and hair are healthy and strong! Can't rave enough, love my collagen products!!!

I started using the collagen peptides because all of my 3 best friends had been using it and seeing a difference in their hair, even on their eyebrows, they had plucked their eyebrows hard in the 90’s. I was hoping to see a difference in my brittle nails and hopefully my hair. I used a whole bottle and never saw a difference. I told my friends I was giving it up. BUT then I went to see my hair stylist and my doctor two days a part and they both immediately asked me what I had done to my hair to make it look so shiny and thick! I told them the only different thing I’d been doing was using these collagen peptides and they told me to keep it up. Totally amazing. So my advice, take photos of yourself before trying the peptides and after. Because this does work, just obviously in different ways for different people.

I'm pleasantly surprised. Started taking this while trying for our first baby. I'm 23weeks and still using it. I. Hopeing it helps prevent stretchmarks. I'm also mega pale and was always disappointed in not having even toned skin. I've noticed a definite improvement and would even go so far to sat that my skin looks milky. I wish I would have found this product months ago! I stumbled upon it and figured it was worth a shot. I’m 45 years old and due to changes in hormones and who knows what else, I’ve been struggling with very dry skin, lips and hair as well as excessive hair shedding. My thyroid and everything else has been checked. I’ve been taking a good hair, skin and nail vitamin for over a year. My lips have been especially bothersome for the past 5 months with constant dryness and discomfort. I’ve tried every kind of moisturizer and lip treatment out there ... no help! After reading about the Collengem Peptides product and many reviews, I wasn’t expecting a miracle treatment but sounded good enough to try for a month. Well, I’ve only been taking it for a week and what a noticeable difference!! I first noticed after just a few days that my skin was softer and more hydrated. A couple days later the same was obvious with my hair. My lips, which have been sooo dry and uncomfortable are at least 50% better. The skin on my face appears to be getting slightly smoother and firmer. I know it will take longer to see the full benefits of this product but so far it is amazing and I would definitely recommend! It does dissolve better in hot liquids. I really don’t notice much flavor to it but I do prefer to use one scoop at a time. I put one scoop in my hot tea in the morning and another in the afternoon. My nails are finally growing. I keep them short, but before - I couldn't get any length on my nails at all. I've been taking Vital Proteins for about 5 months now, it's really helping! I think it's helping my hair too, but I can't the obvious different like i can with my nails. I always add to a bottle of water, add in a little flavor, and get my day going.

IT. TASTES AWEFUL. !!!!! Tried one scoop with a rather large cup of coffee... blah... you can smell it.. and taste it... so am trying to add just a tad to a cup instead... dint know how I'm going to get even one scoop a day in. Very disappointed... leaves an awful taste in your mouth also...
