I bought this a month ago, used the 20g a day it called for. I did not see any difference in anything! My joints still aches, my nails and hair are as they were. They have always been healthy I just thought I would see growth as you read in other reviews. No difference in my skin either. Waste of money in my opinion. I rate this product a ZERO!

I have been using this product for over a month now and am starting to see subtle changes. I've had chronic hip pain for a few years and I can slowly feel some relief from that. My skin was softer almost instantly. I know it takes time for big changes but I am excited to start and see some proof of what it can do for my body health.

My doctor told me to stop taking the supplement and 2 weeks later blood work was repeated and iron levels were lower!! My white blood count was also extremely low…we are still monitoring that!! I wish I could like and use this product, but I've tried to drink it several times, both with and without food, and each time it causes abdominal cramps and diarrhea about 4 to 6 hours later and lasts about another 12 hours. Wanted it for joint issues and skin, but I just can't use it.

Was looking for a high quality protein with no extra fillers, etc. and I found it with collagen peptides. I also got the added benefits of all that the collagen offers in addition to the protein. I like that it has no flavor and can be mixed with just about anything!

I have been using this product for many years & highly recommend it. However, the company quit including the scoop in the container for easy access, & now they have gone from using a sturdy plastic container to a cardboard carton. Very disappointed in those decisions.
