I'm really loving my Vital Proteins Amino Peptides. Putting it in my morning coffee is great. It doesn't alter the taste of the coffee at all and mixes with no issue. I've noticed I'm not eating as much as well. Perhaps I'll lose a few pounds! I have recommended it to my friends and family.

Being a long distance runner I use this product mainly to maintain my knees and it works great. It's got high protein and collagen content, so it works both ways as protein supplement and collagen supplement. For what its worth, it blends nicely in hot liquids but not in cold. I personally like to have it in my oat meal bowl daily.

I had a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic and wound up in the hospital almost dying for nine days. As a result of this traumatic experience I lost about 50% of my hair. I really don't know if the collagen and the peptides in the powder do anything for my skin but I have fibromyalgia and I break out in sores on my face my neck my chest so I do everything for my skin that I can to hopefully eliminate the source I figure it can hurt I also am getting ready to make a donation up in Chicago for supplies for these women who do need them I do understand what vital proteins does for them I think that is a wonderful thing to do and I don't mind helping someone who needs it and obviously vital proteins also helps these people God bless

I've been taking this for about 3-4 months & wanted to wait to do a review. I really like it. My skin looks great. I used to wake up every day with a breakout of some sort. I have noticed a pretty big difference in my skin & I wish I could explain it. Definitely worth it... just try it for yourself you won't regret it. The only thing I recommend is it does have a weird taste to me unless you put it in coffee or hot tea.

I started taking this collagen a few months ago. I absolutely love it, there is no taste when I mix it with my drinks. It has helped my skin look absolutely gorgeous and my hair has grown tremendously. It used to be just below my ears and now it is starting to touch my neck. I cannot recommend this enough!

I was using another brand from the locals vitamin store and Vital Proteins was recommended by someone in a women's group online. Her nails were insane after using it for a month. I ordered some and realized it was far superior. I do not taste it in my coffee or tea whatsoever. I have reordered twice and recommend often.
