I just recently started using Vital Proteins, so haven't yet noticed any significant changes and can't really give an accurate review. I have noticed a slight increase in energy, so hopefully that is a sign that it is beneficial and I will see more improvements ahead and why the four star vs a five star. I do love how it easily dissolves in my coffee.

I’ve been doing research into collagen peptides and really wanted to give it a try mainly for my skin, I drink tons of water and tons of lotion but my skin was still so dry and I’m starting to see the signs of aging, so I finally ordered and been using for a month now and seriously my skin is reaping the benefits. My skin looks so much better, it’s not dry and doesn’t look ashy anymore. And the best part is there’s no taste, I just add to my coffee and sometimes my smoothie, that simple! I will keep using this for sure!

I have been a customer of Collagen Peptides, and wanted to have a product that included Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C but 9.33 OZ at the price I was paying for the Advanced product was disappointing. I will not order it again and will look at other products.

This product arrived arrived about one month ago, and much to my disappointment, it's already empty. It dissolved nicely into my hot coffee each morning, and didn't have any taste at all. I didn't notice any improvement to my skin, hair, or nails, but in all fairness, I only used one container. Be aware when first opening - the tub will not be completely full. That said, the environmental impact of tossing these containers out with such frequency does not outweigh any potential benefit for me. I'd consider if the company sold larger volumes in sustainable packaging.

This product actually does work.! I am in my 60’s and please believe me when I tell you that I have tried every lotion; serum; gel etc. that is supposed to work wonders. They don’t, but this collagen petptide really has made a difference in my skin. Yes, I still have wrinkles, but my skin is smoother and brighter looking. I’ve also noticed that the spider veins in my legs that I was starting to acquire have faded or disappeared compleatly. My fingers nails and hair are both better and stronger. Give it a chance. I drink it every morning before my coffee. I began seeing a difference after about 8 or 10 weeks. This is the only product that genuinely works and I am really really glad that I gave it a try. Yesterday my husband of 40 years said to me out of the blue...”you are so pretty”....and I haven’t heard that for a long time.....

I bought this a month ago and I would have used it every day but it really has issues dissolving in any liquid unless it’s hot. I don’t drink coffee or other hot beverages and it’s summertime so I really don’t drink hot beverages. I even had trouble trying to dissolve it in room temperature water.

I put these collagen peptides in everything- my coffee, matcha, smoothies, etc... no change in taste at all & after a few months using it, I’ve seen such improvement in my hair & skin especially! As a dancer as well, I’ve seen my joint & muscle fatigue go down. Definitely a great product & one to buy!

I Love This Supplement! I'm 30 and Am 4 Months Post Partum. Late Nights/All Nighters With My Infant Have Me Looking Like A Zombie. I've Tried So Many Anti Aging Products over The Years, Nothing Is As Easy and Effective As VP! I Just Mix It Into My Morning Coffee Or Protein Shake And It's Done! I've Used Other "Flavorless" Supplements, But They Would Still Change The Taste Of My Drinks Or Water. My Glow Came Back Within A Couple Weeks And I Didn't Look As Tired Anymore. I Have Peace In My Mind.

I have just cancelled my subscription for collagen peptides because of the new style of the container. Changing to the new container was a big mistake. I buy the 10oz size and for the first third of the product, I have to put my hands on the scoop (rather than the handle) to get it to fit, handle first, back into the container because it won't fit scoop first. Everything works well for the second third of the product, and I can store the scoop handle first. The final third of the product gets increasingly difficult to get out of the container. My hand doesn't fit down into the container, so the only way to get the product out is to pour it into another container. I have cut my hand on the sharp, inner rim of the container trying to scoop out the product in the bottom. I am tired of struggling with the new container, so I am no longer purchasing collagen peptides, even though I do like the product. You guys really need to rethink your packaging.

I started using this about two months ago and have noticed a huge difference in the knee pain I randomly started experiencing as a 37 y/o woman. Another bonus is knowing all that goodness is going in your body on a daily basis. I use two scoops in my hot coffee each morning and it dissolves wonderfully. I find it can gum up a bit in cold water, but eventually breaks down. I have yet to notice any skin / nails / hair benefits, but I plan on continuing to subscribe because the pain relief is so great!
