I have been using your collagen for a few months now. I recently was out of the country for 8 days and did not use my Vital Proteins during that time. I felt a noticeable difference of pain in my joints which lessened considerably when I returned and started using Vital Proteins daily once again!

I have been using this do almost a month. I have a very sensitive digestive system and do not eat any red meat. With that said, I had to adjust my dosage to 1 scoop because it did give me bloating and stomach upset. It took about 2 weeks for the digestive issues to settle down and now I am using 1.5 scoops. At 59, this month, I have always felt skinny fat. Look great in clothes but dimples in arms and thighs/butt. It didn't matter what exercise I did. I had an automobile accident that resulted in many surgeries which also set me back. I am happy to say that in this short time I have noticed the dimples dissipating and another skin with tone replacing it. I'm not completely there yet, promising YES! I will update as time goes on. After taking the VP Collagen Peptides w/hyaluronic acid for 6 months, I cannot believe how much better my nails are. I used to have a vertical split in one of my nails that repeatedly broke down to the nail bed. It is almost Gone!! My nails grow like crazy now. I have also noticed that my skin is much less drier than it used to be. I always had sort of ashy, dry skin and now my skin feels and looks much better. I almost never need to use hand lotion anymore, and I rarely even have to use chapstick. I haven't felt much improvement with my daily aches and pains but I'll keep using this in my morning smoothie everyday anyway.

I bought this a month ago and I would have used it every day but it really has issues dissolving in any liquid unless it’s hot. I don’t drink coffee or other hot beverages and it’s summertime so I really don’t drink hot beverages. I even had trouble trying to dissolve it in room temperature water.

I just opened my first container of original Collagen Peptides (unflavored). I was so excited to use it because I felt like I did so much research and finally found a product with no taste and was easily mixed with most liquids. I put one scoop in a 10 ounce glass of water and it turned into stringy sludge. It hasn’t dissolved at all and it’s stuck to the straw I used to stir it. All the reviews say it dissolves easily. This wouldn’t dissolve at all. Why? I guess I need to return it….

I’ve been adding this to tea so far so maybe that’s the issue, but there is definitely a strong taste and odor to this. I’ll continue taking it and see if it works better with other beverages. I just wanted to let anyone who may be reading the reviews know ahead of time so that you’re not thrown off.

Since I started using Vital Proteins Original Collagen Peptides, I have received more compliments on my hair and skin. I have also noticed that I haven't gotten sick in ages.
