I subscribed to this product a few months ago and I love! I have noticed a big difference in my hair and skin. However the most unexpected benefit is how quickly I recover from a workout. I am definitely less sore after a hard workout than I was before I started taking Vital Proteins.

I had hair falling out with frail nails and sore all the time after a workout. Someone recommended this to me for my hair. I took it for about a month, stopped and oh my did I realize what it was doing!!! I was sore after a workout (to a point I couldn’t get out of bed) when I walked down stairs my knees hurt again. I ordered more and after a week already feeling the difference. My husband has been taking it with me and is hooked. He has sciatic pain that seems to have improved after this and thinks his workouts are better too. He’s not so sore. We now had subscription to keep it going.

I did some measuring/conversions to figure out how much to use since they no longer provide a scoop. Directions say to use 2 scoops a day but I know some people only use 1. It says 25cc on the bottom of the blue scoop, which is approximately 5 teaspoons or 1.7 Tablespoons for 1 blue scoop. I simply use 1 heaping Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon with as much piled on as possible) per blue scoop desired. Data to make your own decision using LEVEL scoops/teaspoons/Tablespoons: * 1 blue scoop = 25 cc = 5 teaspoons = 1.7 Tablespoons 3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon. * 2 blue scoops = 50 cc = 10.1 teaspoons = 3.4 Tablespoons 9 teaspoons = 3 Tablespoons. 10 teaspoons = 3 slightly rounded Tablespoons. (2 heaping Tablespoons works, but 3 slightly rounded Tablespoons is a little closer to 2 blue scoops) Note that these amounts were found using measuring spoons, not dinner flatware,

I've been mixing Vital Proteins in my morning coffee for about 6 months now and my skin has never looked better. I'm 52 years young and was frustrated with the ever increasing lines around my mouth that seemed to be getting deeper every day. My skin has plumped up and looks and feels much tighter.

I mix in one scoop of this with my coffee every morning. I can't even taste it. Mixes in easy with hot beverages, and smoothies, too. I have used this collagen in the past and it worked really well. I noticed a change in my hair, skin, nails, and overall health without making any changes to my diet. I will not order online, but will continue to look in stores for the collagen that is not advanced. I have read the formula has changed. So sad. Neocell also seems like a really good brand to use.

I see all these reviews about tasting this product. I taste nothing when I drink it! Believe me if I did I wouldnt drink it. I out 2 scoops in my coffee and taste nothing. I cant tell you how much after 2 weeks of use I can see a change. I have always had thinning hair now its thicker and beautiful…. Also I can see in my nails a beautiful pink growing..i have osteo arthritis and my back always killed me, also legs and knees…I can now get up from a chair without pushing up, stand on my feet longer and no more pain. Im looking forward to months ahead and feeling so much better! Trust me I love this product!

I put these collagen peptides in everything- my coffee, matcha, smoothies, etc... no change in taste at all & after a few months using it, I’ve seen such improvement in my hair & skin especially! As a dancer as well, I’ve seen my joint & muscle fatigue go down. Definitely a great product & one to buy!

Love vital proteins but it’s clumpy and taste horrible although it’s supposed to be unflavored. I put it in my flavored water and if you wait about 10 minutes some clumps go away. That I love this product is the only one I could find with 20 g collagen but unfortunately it’s two scoops to get there. I switched to the lemon strawberry berry beauty collagen and it taste way better. I still add a couple squirts of my flavor water so it’s 100% better.
