I’ve gone through many different supplements to help boost joint and tendon health. I no longer have to keep searching and dealing with disappointment of mediocre supplements because I found this product. Vital Proteins is quick to dissolve, tasteless, and beneficial to my body. I drink it in water throughout the day and toss in some lemons/limes with a hint of salt to enjoy during my workouts. I drink this twice a day every day and my knows when I miss a dose of this amazing stuff. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I started using this about 2 months ago and I am noticing a difference in my hair. The new growth isn’t as thin/fine as it used to be. We are subscribers to VP Collagen Peptides and are generally pleased with it. My daughter is severely allergic to peanuts; before purchasing this product, I checked and was told that the product is "manufactured in a facility which processes milk, fish, and tree nuts", so it was ok for her. Imagine our surprise when we got the latest canister and found the label warning now says "manufactured in a facility which processes milk, fish, tree nuts, wheatgrass, and peanuts". We are of course disappointed that we'll no longer be able to purchase this (her allergist said that for my daughter, even the possibility of cross-contamination with peanuts is enough that we should avoid it). I notice that nowhere in the product description, ingredients, or FAQs was this change noted. I think that VP should include a photo of the label description and warnings on their website, so other families with allergies can be made aware before purchasing.

I've taken Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides about 4 times now hoping for better/ stronger nails and hair as it says it promotes, but I haven't seen any difference. Maybe this takes longer to see a difference, but the product is rather expensive to keep up. I really wanted it to work. Maybe it was wishful thinking on my part.

I've been using Vital Proteins for about a year and have noticed a difference in my skin, hair, nails as well as muscle recovery and joint health! There are so many good reasons to use collagen! Vital proteins mixes so easily into my coffee and smoothies. I don't notice any difference in taste or smell either. I would definitely recommend this product and will keep using it for a long time.

I bought this a month ago more so for my skin but in the end I noticed my knee that I'm sure has some arthritis in it and would often ache so much that I'd have to take something for it, barely is hurting anymore!! I will keep buying this for that reason alone and if it helps with other things, well that's just a bonus!!

I use collagen peptides daily in my morning coffee. It's completely flavorless and doesn't change the consistency of my coffee at all. My hair and nails appear to be stronger and grow faster and I'd like to think my skin is looking better as well. I love the protein boost in the morning. I have tried adding it to cold liquids and haven't found that it dissolves well, but in hot liquids its great.
