I am normally VERY skeptical of diet and beauty fads, but it's hard to ignore so many people I trust raving about VP's Collagen Peptides. That, coupled with the fact that my wedding was coming up within a year, made me pull the trigger to try some collagen peptides (long thick hair, strong nails, sign me up!) I started noticing a difference in my hair after a few months of taking 1 scoop a day in my coffee. WOW! I used to have super thick hair in high school, but when I hit my late 20's it started getting more brittle and not as thick. The past few months of taking collagen has completely changed that. My hair is breaking less, less is coming out in my hairbrush and my hair just feels so much thicker and healthier. Not to mention, it's growing like crazy - my hairdresser can't believe it. My nails having been stronger and peeling less (I wear nail polish constantly and keep my nails short, so it's hard to really assess the health of my nails - but they seem a lot thicker and less 'bendy'). Most exciting, though, has been the improvement in my skin. I've struggled with hormonal acne since I was 14. Sometimes it's hard to tell when a product/supplement is working with so many factors to consider, but my joints have felt relatively good, my hair and skin are healthy, and most notably my nails haven't broken once since using this (and that's always been a problem for me!!!).

I absolutely love this stuff. I’ve been using it close to a year now. I noticed a change in my hair & skin after completing my first tub of collagen. My hair used to break off and fall out easily. I also noticed the texture of my skin has really improved tremendously. I swear by this collagen and recommend it to everyone. I have the unflavored one and honestly don’t noticed a taste difference in my coffee. It dissolved completely for me. I started taking it for my skin & hair health.

This product completely dissolved in my coffee and is undetectable. But I've added it to iced tea and cold water and it' turns to something with the consistency of a gooey paste. I let it sit awhile in hopes it would eventually dissolve, but it did not. It just clumps up and sticks to the stirring spoon and settles on the bottom of the glass. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

I have been using this product for about a month now and I have to say its a great way to get collagen! I put it in my smoothie every morning, I do not taste it and it mixes perfectly. I have a strong sense of smell and taste and believe me, if I could taste it or smell it, I would not be able to use this. Also, It does not get clumpy or gritty!

I started taking this product after my thyroidectomy. Having suffered from hyperthyroidism, my nails were extremely weak and my skin extremely dry. Within 3 weeks I noticed a marked difference in the strength of my nails and my skin seems to be improving as well. I highly recommend this product.

Before I forget, I do wish it was easier to open the jar. The outer safety seal is a pain. And it seems you have to twist the lid way more rotations than an average jar to open each time. BUT Im never sure it's doing anything when I am taking it, but I sure notice a difference in my skin health when I stop. I may take breaks now and then to pinch penny's but I plan to keep buying it.

I’ve been using vitals collagen protein powder for about a month now and not only do I notice a change in my skin and hair, but my friends have noticed too! Added bonus- my back and knees (both of which I’ve had issues with in the past) have felt strong and pain free and I’ve been able to do my HIIT workouts 5-6 times a week without any aches. I really can’t say enough good things about this collagen, totally worth trying!
