I put these collagen peptides in my coffee every morning to not only increase my protein intake, but I find it helps with my digestion, hair, and nails. I didn't use it for about 2 years due to a specific food plan. After adding it back in for the last almost 2 years, my hair and nails are growing significantly faster! No taste whatsoever and mixes smoothly in hot liquids. I've only put it in cold liquid once, mixed best with a frother!

I have been using This for over a month. I had gone through cancer treatment and my joints hurt and my hair loss was significant since I started using this daily my hair has been growing back nicely, my skin has never looked better and my nails are strong. My joint pain has lessened quite a bit. It dissolves completely in my coffee and has no taste.

I usually add 1 or 2 scoops to my coffee every day, and I love it! It dissolves very nicely in hot liquid, although I've noticed it does not dissolve as well in cold liquids. It makes my coffee nice and frosty and is truly flavorless. Great way to add protein in the morning!

I bought this two weeks ago because of all the good reviews and marketing! Jennifer Aniston looks AMAZING and youthful so why not? Well... I was very disappointed. I tried mixing only half a scoop into my iced coffee and it was chunky and stringy. I then tried mixing it in just plain water and once again nothing dissolved. It looked like a chewed up piece of gum!! I couldn’t stomach it. I am so upset, because I really wanted to start supplementing collagen. Not worth the purchase.

This one was just okay. I'm switching back to the Beef Gelatin. I saw noticeable improvement in my skin texture from the beef gelatin. I could definitely see uses for soups and baking with the Collagen Peptides, to sneak in some extra collagen. But for me, the peptides does not compare to the gelatin, as far as visible, noticeable difference in the texture of my skin.

Chiropractor recommended Collagen after I complained of Knee pain. I Was told it would take up to 3 months to show relief. I started feeling relief almost immediately. I am almost pain free. I will eventually need knee replacement. For now I am free of my braces. Have been taking powder gong on 6 months now

saw an advertisement for this product and did some research on it and it's claims. i decided to try it and see what happens because i have some stiffness in my knees. after about 1.5 - 2 weeks, I noticed obvious improvements in my mobility, not just in my knees, but all over. 100% recommend to anyone.

So, I'm not sure about skin benefits, because I haven't seen any in my skin so far. I have noticed that my shoulder and wrist Don't hurt anymore. I've also been dealing with hair loss since my baby's birth in Sept 2019, and I was hoping this product would help. I have had new hair growth. I'm on my second round of new bangs. (I don't wear bangs fyi, I grow them out like the rest of my hair ) 75 percent of my hair is about 6 inches long and the other 20 percent is down past my shoulders, and the other 5 are the newer hairs growing back again. I guess time will tell if I get my hair full again.

I was excited to try it but the unflavored kind has a terrible taste. I tried it in both hot and cold liquids and I could not finish the beverage either time. It definitely changes the way the drink tastes. I don't think I'll be finishing the container

I love this stuff. I'm an avid runner that is also prone to injury. However ,this is the first marathon season that I consistently used collagen, and the first marathon season I survived injury free. I contribute some of my success to my consistency with using collagen on a daily basis
