I love the collagen peptides! I use it every morning blended in my coffee. The difference in my hair, skin, and nails is very apparent when I'm using this as part of my daily routine vs. not. I'm looking forward to trying more of the Vital Proteins products!

I used this product for a month. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning. Great at keeping me full through the morning, dissolves completely and no taste. HOWEVER, it caused horrible cystic acne. A quick google search revealed that this is a common side effect. Luckily stopping the product and the use of Diffren gel cleared up the issue.

Anytime you see “grass fed” with Brazil or South America as country of origin (VP is produced in Brazil), those grass pastures were created with deforestation. I used this for a period of time before I knew this, and saw absolutely no results. So, definitely not worth it.

I have always heard about the benefits of collagen for hair growth but I honestly thought it was a psychosomatic type of effect. HOWEVER, after using the flavorless collegan for a only a few weeks I have see such a difference! Even my mom has mentioned how thick my hair has grown! 4 months later and I’ll never go back to not using it

Such a good texture, dissolves in anything, great taste, and great price! I have been using this product for 6 years, and haven't found the quality get worse like so many other companies - if anything they've improved their product, and service over the years, which I admire!

This product you really can mix in a hot drink and get the benefit without changing the taste of the drink. It can be put in a cold drink if you stir a bit more. It is the most tasteless protein supplement I have ever used and seems to work quite well.

I have been using this for about a month.. tbh I'm not sure if I've experienced any positive results yet. It tastes awful in water (which shouldn't be surprising), but I don't notice it at all in my tea! It's become an easy part of my morning routine, and I will continue to use it as an easy way to get extra protein in my diet. Hopefully I will notice some more positive benefits soon :).

So many great reviews, and after a quick bit of research it was an easy decision to give this a try. UNFLAVORED doesn't mean FLAVORLESS. This tastes utterly disgusting to me. I first tried in ice cold water, it turns stringy and does not dissolve (advertisement says mixes in hot or cold water...), so now I mix it in room temp water and it dissolves like a dream. Tastes like someone handed me a piece of aged cow hide to soak in water as the nastiest tea ever... After choking this down about a week (hey, I want to use it and give it a chance), I now plug my nose and can gulp the hide flavored water down in 20 or so seconds. I don't drink coffee or any other strong tasting drink, so I'm not sure if the claims are true that "I mix it in my coffee" and it doesn't take like bovine flavored coffee. Is it making a difference, though? My nails have grown long and strong since I was a kid. My hair has improved beyond measure once I stopped coloring it about 5 years ago (hello beautiful healthy silver). My joints have done a complete 180 once I started drinking a lot of water (before I started taking this supplement). Why do I need this, then? Well, because I'm 50, and I figured why not get an edge over Father Time? But this... I can't take it. Did I tell you how disgusting it tastes?! Really, no one else thinks this?? Just because a beautiful celebrity endorses this does not mean any of the claims are true. She may have amazing genes and just take care of herself. Some people are extremely lucky, and some people have taken care of themselves for years, and will look amazing no matter how much cow hide tea they drink, so it's not the actual supplement they are taking. Correlation does not equal causation.

First i thought like drink other collagen product but i bought this Vital collagen peptides and after drink for few weeks i feel my skin different feel more softer that my review for one month use this product. Very recommended and if u wanna know u try and u know it.
