I just wanted to leave a very truthful comment 1. It isn't completely flavorless. It has a taste very much like beef tallow. 2. It doesn't mix easily into cold liquid with a spoon and becomes clumpy. It would probably work better with a mixer but I was using a spoon. 3. It's very sticky 4. I thought the jar would be full not 3/4 full. I haven't seen any results as I have not been using it long enough but do plan on finishing it. I will be trying a different brand however I think I suspect the same issues will occur.

Maybe I was looking or expecting too much. But I tried this product for a month and received my second container. I hadn’t noticed any changes in my skin which is what I was hoping for. I am going to use up the second container and will make a revision if I can see some changes.

I have been taking this since Oct 2022. In Dec 2022 I developed a cough and still have it. Been to several doctors to figure it out and noticed while in hospital for 3 days when I couldn’t take my collagen my cough stopped. I started back and coughing again. Can your product cause cough? It is a side effect.

I just purchased this product. Upon taking the top off I noticed the seal says that if I open the package that I am agreeing to the terms and conditions on vitalprotein.com. If not, to return for a refund. I am reluctant to open. What is it I am agreeing to and why is the print on that seal so light you can barely read this? It is the first time I am purchasing a collagen product. I never give ratings especially negative (I don’t give one) but to ask questions you require one. Unfortunately, since I am unable to use at this point, the rating has to be a low one. I value honesty and transparency. And this does not make me believe in your product.

I've been purchasing Collagen Peptides since March of 2016 and have come to rely on this source of protein. I use it in my morning coffee, fruit smoothie, or even oatmeal to get my day going. I love how it is gluten free and dairy free. My skin, nails, and hair have thanked me ever since.

I have been using Vital Proteins for over two years now. I cannot tell you exactly when I noticed the difference, but my hair and nails are in top shape. My nails are white and my hair is shiny and grows pretty fast for a 50 yr old. My skin has not suffered the last two winters due to the east coast cold winters. I have been using this for about a year and a half ... I mix it into my coffee and it desolves easy and no taste . after about 2 months I noticed my nails and hair growth .My skin looks great .. Im 59 .. and im pretty active . My knees and feet dont hurt anymore after work outs. I was attacted by a stray cat , it left a bite and several scratches on my arm ... I promise you that BECAUSE of the this collagen my wounds healed and didnt NOT leave any scars. Im very happy with it .

Let me start with saying I’ve never have written a review on a product before , but felt I need to for those struggling with some of the same issues as me. I started using this over a month ago and have noticed great results. My nails have been super healthy and growing fast. I started using this mainly because of my skin issues. I have bad eczema and it comes around my eyes. I have struggled with this for years. Since using this my eczema has less flair ups and I couldn’t be more happy as it’s super painful when it flairs up. Also, I was having issues with “acne” or what I have read up on is folliculitis on the sides of my legs. This is causes from working out in tight clothing. So needless to say I was at the point of going to a dermatologist because i tried all suggestions to rod of it and was getting embarrassed about it. Since using this daily it has cleared up almost entirely.

This supplement has a consistency that adds texture to things more than taste. I put it in a half cup of chocolate almond milk every night and it makes it very thick and I mix it with a drink fritter so it’s super fluffy. I love it, it’s my lil bedtime treat. I drink it at bedtime because I have found it gives me a bit of gas so this way I sleep through it. Not painful gas, just noticeable. I’ve been on it for a few months and I fell like it’s working but it’s probably a bit soon to really tell.

I love this protein. It's worth the extra cost to me. As someone with multiple allergies, I have lost a lot of protein sources, and there aren't any other protein powders on the market that are safe for me. Having vital proteins has been incredibly helpful for me in terms of getting adequate nutrition and calories every day. I love that it isn't flavoured with anything. It allows me to add it to all sorts of different food combinations, and it also means I don't have to worry about the risks associated with added ingredients. I take this stuff everywhere.
