This was my first time to use the curbside pickup and it was awful. One lady was running herself to death and there was no one else helping. The pickup slots were all full and had to wait 45 minutes to get my order. Actually, I ended up going inside and picking it up myself. Maybe it was an unusual busy time, but Sam's Club needs to plan for the busy times and staff appropriately.

I love this stuff and have been adding it to my coffee for several years now. But the new packaging is AWFUL! Extremely difficult to open, especially for someone who has arthritic and/or slightly weakened hands. Who decided this was a good idea? I'm glad I saved a previous plastic tub. I will just use a box cutter to get into this dumb canister and pour it into the plastic tub.

I often put Vital Proteins in my soup (it gives the soup a richer flavor or depth even though it is unflavored). I didn't add the VP for about a month; after a couple of weeks I couldn't figure out why my joints were beginning to get stiff and uncomfortable, especially when first standing. When I started adding the Vital Proteins again, the stiffness left.

Shrinkflation! I love this stuff but was rocked back on my heels this time when i opened the jar. What happened? Don't tell me, "setteling," either because I've been buying this for about two years now and never encountered this. The jar was half empty right off the bat. Not cool.

I have been using this for close to 9 months if not more. I put it in my coffee every morning. it has a slight taste. nothing bad though. I have noticed a difference with my hair, and nails, I think it helping with my skin as well. I recommend using this product. it devolves without lumps in my coffee without a problem.

Have to destroy the lid to get to product. Thankfully I saved my last plastic cannister so I manage to (unsafely) use a knife to destroy the lid, then dump into the plastic cannister. Please fix this issue. I'm all about recycling, but this is unsafe and ridiculous.

"Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead." Why would I take a health supplement that could have lead in it?!? I blindly trusted that Sam's wouldn't be offering me supplements that have been shown to contain lead. Imagine taking this for year, or giving it to your children. How is this acceptable?

***One star is not for the product but only for the missing safety seal that retailers needs to take accountability to avoid tampering of the product*** Per the back of the Vital Proteins container it states that if the safety seal is broken or missing to not use the product. In addition the sealant on my container has 6 pinholes; now if this is a perforated venting cap liner to allow in/out pressure of the closed container, then that is acceptable as long as the product has its safety seal for the consumers protection to avoid tampering. In my case the safety seal was missing on my container & therefore returned it back.

Product is excellent. I've been buying it from Sam's for a long time. However, will not be buying it again as the new packaging is bad. Opened the box and powder was all over the bottom of the box. The bottom of the "new" cannister had busted at the seam and leaked powder everywhere. Very disappointed.
