I add a flavoring to it when I drink it as it does not have a taste to it, I also have learned to mix with warm water as it mixes better, the results are fantastic my hair is fuller than it has been for awhile, I am 58 and had trouble with thinning hair

Excellent source of quick and easy source of protein. 12 grams! I add to my morning tea, stir and drink. Tasteless, mixed quickly. Been using 4 3 years. I stopped using a few times, but always feel better- energized, hair & nails do better. No more starting and stopping. Works great!
