Something has really changed with this powder! It has a nasty taste now and it will not dissolve all the way in my coffee and leaves nasty stuff all in my cup! What happened?! I used to use this every day! I hope it is a bad batch and they have not changed the product!!

Still a little early to tell. I take medication for cancer which thins my bones and thins my hair. Nails seem to be growing strong. My husband, however, has really dry flaky hands that have improved drastically in a short period of time. Sam's club has the best price.

Purchased this a week ago, will update after a month of use. Looked at some reviews and found out this is not the original as this is missing Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. I have been using this for close to 9 months if not more. I put it in my coffee every morning. it has a slight taste. nothing bad though. I have noticed a difference with my hair, and nails, I think it helping with my skin as well. I recommend using this product. it devolves without lumps in my coffee without a problem.

I have been taking this for about a month and a half and I can tell the hair loss is less. I can also tail a little bit of difference in the skin everything I have read on it says you need to take it for about three months to see a big difference, I highly recommend the product with the results. Discontinued Scoop! Happy with product and its benefits. However, manufacturer has discontinued including the scoop for the product. I had already finished my previous container, so I was not able to save it for future use. Not that big of a deal, but just not sure I’m getting the proper daily dosage using a spoon. I’m sure a providing a scoop is not financially hurting the manufacturer and feel this was a bad move on their part.

Shrinkflation! I love this stuff but was rocked back on my heels this time when i opened the jar. What happened? Don't tell me, "setteling," either because I've been buying this for about two years now and never encountered this. The jar was half empty right off the bat. Not cool.

I'm not a fan of this container but love the product. I've been using it for nearly nine months. Thicker hair; stronger nails; and much less joint pain. I put two heaping tablespoons in my morning coffee and that's it. Works so well for me, I even travel with it, domestic and international. As for this cardboard container, I just poured it into the sturdy plastic container I started with nine months ago.

I was very disappointed in the product I received. The new packaging was impossible to open and I struggled for at least 5 minutes. Once I got it opened I was greeted by a warning saying that by opening and using this product I agreed to be bound by their terms and conditions set forth at vitalproteins.com which include a mandatory arbitration agreement and if you do not agree to be bound please return this product immediately. And that's exactly what I will be doing, returning it. The Sam's Club page should have this warning on there that you are agreeing to their mandatory arbitration agreement. If it had been there I never would have purchased it and now I have to be bothered to return it. Shame on vital proteins for hiding this information under the lid.
